p	paola bergaminelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi, 1/2/2016 mi sono recata al caaf di Olgiate Comasco per compilare Isee, purtroppo sono arrivata con 10 minuti di ritardo, la persona addetta alla compilazione non ha voluto ricevermi nonostante non ci fosse nessuno, quando ho chiesto di parlarle mi ha liquidato in due secondi dicendo che non poteva perdere tempo, la collega addetta alla reception invece è stata gentilissima e mi ha controllato tutta la documentazione per verificarne la correttezza, avendo un dubbio sulle quote di partecipazione di una società è andata nuovamente dalla signora scortese (anche con lei) per chiedere chiarimenti, la stessa sosteneva che dovevo tassativamente fare il bilancio dell'anno 2015 prima di chiedere la compilazione dell'Isee, siccome ho avanzato delle perplessità mi ha detto che se volevo chiarimenti più precisi dovevo prendere un altro appuntamento perchè lei si doveva informare...così per fare l'Isee devo perdere 3 giorni di lavoro, 1 perchè oggi sono arrivata in ritardo di 10 minuti, 1 per avere chiarimenti, 1 per fare l'Isee dopo i chiarimenti...Certe cose le vedo solo in Tv nel programma "I soliti Idioti"... Non lo fanno in quanto il mio sostituto d'imposta non ha scaricato i documenti (non ben specificati). Ritorno sfiduciato dopo 3 settimane e non ci sono problemi per l'integrazione del 730: la volta precedente non funzionava il programma (e ci sta) ma hanno ben pensato di farmi diventare matto con l'ufficio personale della ditta in cui lavoro, cercando di scaricare fantomatiche documentazioni inesistenti. L	Logical Thinking on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo non hanno ascoltato le mie necessità, avrei potuto rateizzare entro il 2 dicembre con una mora ed evitare il pagamento immediato nei mesi per me più buii così come chiesto senza che ascoltarmi anzi con grande maleducazione mi hanno intimato a pagare sotto il loro prospetto in modo costrittivo. Ecco la mia esperienza negativa!
