★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrea was super helpful and my ride through Val D'orcia was breath taking. Thanks to Andrea's instructions ( in fluent English) I was able to ride 40 km out to beautiful Pienza and back to Montepulciano. Do not miss this experience. Like none other.

Andrea was very helpful in any way: suggesting a route (with all Val d'Orcia highlights), accessories (helmets, bike bag) were included in the price, flexibility regarding time of pick-up and drop-off, great quality of the bikes... Would definitely recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super helpful service (from Andrea). He provided a Google map journey tailored to my requirements - coffee stop, lunch, winery. The bike was in great condition and came with everything you'll need - lights, bags, and phone holder so you can easily navigate after a wine tasting :-)
Note that the shop can be closed in the off season - send them an email and they will get back to you - I sent an email on Monday and met them in the shop on Tuesday morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this bike shop. Andreas was very helpful. He recommended areas to bike around in Tuscany as a whole. Once we decided on the region we wanted to bike he gave us an awesome bike path on Google maps that we could follow and some wonderful vineyard recommendations. The bikes were great - trekking e-bikes. They held power all day, and were in great shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIGHLY RECOMMEND: We had an incredible day on the e-bikes we rented from BYEBIKE. It was our first e-bike experience and Andrea was patient and helpful when he showed us how to use them. He shared gps route suggestions and loaned us phone holders so we could follow the map while riding. The bikes are outfitted with locks and handlebar bags, and 2 of the 3 had water bottle holders. We were lucky to get the last 3 bikes he had available that day. Book early because it’s an experience you won’t want to miss! Thanks Andrea!

He suggested a picturesque route and explained how to use the electric bikes efficiently. The bikes are of very good quality with helmets and bike bags included in the price. We had no problems whatsoever on our tour. Thank You.
