Le uniche informazioni che ho trovato, dicono che Giuseppe Barsanti sia stato il primo proprietario dei Bagni Nettuno e sindaco di Viareggio. Il monumento attualmente non si trova in buone condizioni.
The statue is located on the promenade in front of the old Margherita cafe, surrounded by a lawn. The only information I found, they say that Giuseppe Barsanti was the first owner of Bagni Nettuno and mayor of Viareggio. The monument is currently not in good condition.
