k	king jo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima esperienza ! ci sono andata il 31 dicembre alle ore 17,35 e le commesse si erano chiuse dentro ad aggiustare i manichini ! quando mi hanno visto hanno fatto finta di nulla e sono andate nel retro negozio !! mentre tutti gli altri negozi della passeggiata alla stessa ora erano aperti e pieni di clienti, loro, no ! erano chiuse !! vergogna !! bad experience! I went there on December 31st at 5:35 pm and the salespeople had locked themselves in to fix the mannequins! when they saw me they pretended nothing and went to the back shop !! while all the other shops of the promenade at the same time were open and full of customers, they, no! they were closed !! shame !!

Il connubio fra un interno molto moderno e commerciale ed un esterno di bellissimo liberty crea un'atmosfera un po' contraddittoria. Nice shop, well stocked, somewhat unsuitable for the historic building in which it resides. The combination of a very modern and commercial interior and a beautiful liberty exterior creates a somewhat contradictory atmosphere.

Obbiettivo troppo personale ( pensano solo a vendere e nn alla soddisfazione della clientela) .. Peccato!! Può migliorarsi... Dispiaciuta di più dal comportamento del personale...da rivedere!! Unqualified personnel ... lack of competence (loss of control in the ways of doing things (behavior, treats customers badly (... there will be a thousand reasons but you must never get angry with the customer).. Too personal goal (they only think to sell and not to customer satisfaction) .. Sin!! It can improve ... Disappointed more by the behavior of the staff ... to be reviewed !!

Ottima cordialità e personale preparato, anche se un po' insistente sulle promozioni. Peccato che quando si arriva alla cassa il prezzo è sempre pieno, e magari la scatola della scarpa è rovinata. Anche la occhio vuole la sua parte! A professional brand shoe shop, especially sports-oriented, present in Viareggio. Excellent friendliness and trained staff, even if a little insistent on promotions. Too bad that when you get to the checkout the price is always full, and maybe the shoe box is ruined. The eye also wants its part!
