Le persone che lavorano all'interno di questo piccolo ufficio, ricorda la conduzione delle botteghe nel dopo guerra, con la differenza che la scarsissima intelligenza e arroganza delle attempate impiegate è sconcertante. Situazioni a dir poco grottesche, in 10 anni che vivo in zona. Mi auguro chiudano presto e venga affidato il servizio a persone più professionali. La scortesia quando si è in torto incontestabile è quanto di più fastidioso si possa riscontrare in un ufficio di questo tipo.
 Embarrassing service, surreal rudeness.
The people who work in this small office remember the management of the shops after the war, with the difference that the very low intelligence and arrogance of the elderly employees is disconcerting. Situations to say the least grotesque, in 10 years that I have lived in the area. I hope they close soon and the service will be entrusted to more professional people. Unkindness when you are in indisputable wrong is the most annoying thing you can find in an office of this type.
