★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio imbarazzante. Il personale non è in grado di gestire le semplici richieste (voltura, ricalcolo delle fatture, rimborsi). Questo è quello che succede quando non esiste concorrenza ed una società ha il monopolio. Da denuncia.
Embarrassing service. The staff is not able to handle the simple requests (transfer, recalculation of invoices, refunds). This is what happens when there is no competition and a company has a monopoly. From complaint.

To say embarrassing is an understatement, they don't answer, their site doesn't work, their email doesn't work, I have broken the meter for months, they send three bills to pay but without having solved the meter problem. Bad
