 I share my experience with this company and their Warranty3 service. I was a bit skeptical but then they repaired the washing machine I had covered with their coupon. I called for assistance and the technician arrived at home who did a good job, fast and accurate!

Condivido la mia esperienza con Garanzia3 il prodotto di questa azienda che ho acquistato qualche anno fa.
Lavatrice riparata da un tecnico che mi è stato inviato a casa dopo 10 giorni dalla richiesta. Pensavo dovesse essere sostituita e invece è stata velocemente riparata grazie al tagliando Garanzia3 che avevo comprato insieme ad essa.
Non mi aspettavo questa assistenza, sono rimasto soddisfatto.

I share my experience with Warranty3 the product of this company that I purchased a few years ago.
Washing machine repaired by a technician who was sent home 10 days after the request. I thought it had to be replaced and instead it was quickly repaired thanks to the warranty coupon3 that I had bought together with it.
I did not expect this assistance, I was satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho inviato una macchina da caffè Kimbo Uno System in assistenza per un guasto in garanzia. Dopo alcuni giorni,mi veniva restituita una macchina dotata di un imballo che non era il mio, totalmente ricoperta di scotch perché "vecchia e usurata" con il forte sospetto che la macchina non fosse la mia. Chiari segni di usura non certo da attribuirsi ad un utilizza a farvdata ottobre 2021. Sono deluso, nessuna notizia,nessuna rassicurazione.....spero di non avere più nulla a che fare.
I sent a Kimbo Uno System coffee machine for service due to a warranty failure. After a few days, a car with a packaging that was not mine was returned to me, totally covered with scotch tape because it was "old and worn" with the strong suspicion that the car was not mine. Clear signs of wear certainly not to be attributed to a use in farvdata October 2021. I am disappointed, no news, no reassurance ..... I hope I have nothing more to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SE FOSSE POSSIBILE VALUTEREI CON MENO DI UNA STELLA. Sto attendendo il rimborso di un intervento di riparazione della mia lava-asciuga da me anticipato il 22 GIUGNO!!!!!!! Mi hanno fatto attendere più di un mese per la ricerca di un tecnico per poi chiedermi di provvedere autonomamente (tecnico reperito grazie al negozio presso cui avevo acquistato la lava asciuga) facendomi anticipare il costo della riparazione. GR33482. Tutti i miei solleciti sono stati ignorati. Quindi: più di mese con la lavasciuga da riparare, reperire un tecnico, pagarlo (dopo aver inoltrato a garanzia 3 il preventivo ed aver ottenuto l’approvazione) ma soprattutto non aver ricevuto il rimborso dopo quasi 4 MESI. Vi pare si possa consigliare questa garanzia?
IF IT WERE POSSIBLE I WOULD VALUE WITH LESS THAN A STAR. I am waiting for the reimbursement of a repair of my washer-dryer by me anticipated on 22 JUNE !!!!!!! They made me wait more than a month to find a technician and then ask me to provide for it independently (technician found thanks to the shop where I had bought the washer dryer) making me anticipate the cost of the repair. GR33482. All my reminders were ignored. So: more than a month with the washer-dryer to be repaired, find a technician, pay him (after submitting the estimate to warranty 3 and obtaining approval) but above all not having received the reimbursement after almost 4 MONTHS. Do you think we can recommend this guarantee?
