Prestazioni ancora più lente. Ho speso 130€ da loro e adesso sono costretta a comprare un nuovo PC, immediatamente. I do not recommend it. I asked them if it was possible to improve my PC, they (of course) said yes. My PC has come back worse than before. Even slower performance. I spent 130 € from them and now I have to buy a new PC, immediately.

Entrata per acquistare un p.c.,trattata da mentecatta perché non competente in materia,mi è stato rifilato un p.c.diverso da quello ordinato,anche beffeggiata. Siccome necessitavo di due p.c.efficienti, nota positiva,ho recuperato il mio vecchio p.c.Vajo(11 anni di onorato servizio!)aggiornato,da tecnico efficiente dipendente,con Windows 10 che va a meraviglia. Scotch a posto dei gommini rotellina, più lenta e instabile. LEGGETE SOLO LA RECENSIONI IN NEGATIVO ! Portati tutti i pezzi del nuovo si sono presi per assemblare 75€ + tutti i pezzi del vecchio PC che funzionavano, ma che loro avevo detto che erano danneggiati e non funzionavano. ? ps: non me li hanno più ridati anche se "rotti" Not recommended! I brought an old PC that worked but I wanted to turn it into a gaming PC. They brought all the pieces of the new one and they took to assemble 75 € + all the pieces of the old PC that worked, but that I had told them that they were damaged and did not work. ? ps: they never gave them back to me even if "broken"

Peraltro essendo assemblato , con la massima serietà ho trovato scatole e numeri di serie su tutti i componenti utilizzati … CPU Sk Grafica Ram elencati anche in fattura . Veramente un servizio TOP Purchased a desktop gaming pc for my nephew. Professionalism, competence and punctuality in delivery. Moreover, being assembled, with the utmost seriousness I found boxes and serial numbers on all the components used… CPU Sk Graphics Ram also listed on the invoice. Truly a TOP service

Già vecchio cliente più che soddisfatto sono venuto a conoscenza di Itacashop su consiglio di un mio caro amico esperto in informatica. Recentemente mi sono rivolto a loro per l'assemblaggio di un PC da Gaming di fascia alta con la "G" maiuscola e nonostante il periodo storico non proprio felice per investire in questo settore si sono dimostrati più che all'altezza, creando una vera opera d'arte ( per i più diffidenti allego foto ). Io da parte mia mi sono rivelato un cliente molto esigente e difficile ( per non dire altro, dato che per la scelta dei componenti ci siamo ridotti più volte a messaggiare oltre la mezzanotte per continui cambi d'idea dell'ultimissimo secondo e per poter bloccare il prezzo migliore dall'altra parte del mondo) ma nonostante tutto in un tempo più che ragionevole e ben prima delle mie aspettative mi hanno consegnato il PC e tutte le scatole dei vari pezzi in maniera impeccabile. Inoltre anche lo stesso assemblaggio è stato eseguito in maniera maniacale con un "cable management" da fare invidia ai più pignoli nonostante il case Thermaltake da me ordinato fosse abbastanza scomodo in tal senso. Piccola aggiunta hanno accettato in permuta anche un mio ormai vetusto PC offrendomi un'onesta cifra scalata a preventivo. Detto ciò non vedo l'ora di tornare a mettere le mani sulla "mostro" che hanno realizzato magari decorandolo con qualche altro led che di sicuro non guasta hahaha ? Well what about, I put 5 stars because I can't put more ... Already a more than satisfied old customer, I came to know Itacashop on the advice of a dear friend of mine who is an IT expert. I recently turned to them for the assembly of a high-end Gaming PC with a capital "G" and despite the not-so-happy historical period to invest in this sector they proved to be more than up to par, creating a real work. of art (for the more suspicious I attach photos). For my part, I proved to be a very demanding and difficult customer (to say the least, given that for the choice of components we have reduced ourselves several times to texting after midnight for continuous changes of mind of the very last second and to be able to block the best price on the other side of the world) but despite everything in a more than reasonable time and well before my expectations they delivered me the PC and all the boxes of the various pieces in an impeccable way. In addition, even the same assembly was performed in a maniacal way with a "cable management" to rival the most fussy despite the Thermaltake case I ordered was quite uncomfortable in this sense. Small addition they also accepted in exchange my by now old PC offering me an honest amount scaled to the estimate. Having said that I can't wait to go back to get my hands on the "monster" that they created perhaps by decorating it with some other LED that certainly does not hurt hahaha ?
