★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il fast food che si è perso il fast. Un'ora di attesa per poter ritirare un ordine. Patatine pessime, probabilmente le prime ad essere finite nella busta del take away ed arrivate a casa fredde e dure. C'erano una trentina di persone in attesa dentro al negozio ed una decina di macchine in file al king drive, una disorganizzazione estrema. Sconsiglio vivamente di perdere una serata in attesa al burger king, non ne vale la pena.
 The fast food that has lost the fast. An hour of waiting to be able to collect an order. Bad fries, probably the first ones to end up in the take away bag and arrive home cold and hard. There were about thirty people waiting inside the shop and about ten cars in line at the king drive, an extreme disorganization. I strongly advise against wasting an evening waiting at the burger king, it's not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto dicendo che preferisco il Burgher King al Mc...detto questo vorrei parlare del servizio sia drive che in cassa che viene offerto da chi lavora in questo fastfood . Ci siamo andati qualche mese fa io e mio fratello, abbiamo ordinato al drive tramite app per 10 persone, siamo arrivati e abbiamo aspettato un bel pó di tempo perché i panini non erano pronti ( era un giorno in mezzo alla settimana e non c'era praticamente nessuno) ci hanno serviti siamo andati a casa e abbiamo aperto le buste e mancavano cinque prodotti. Così siamo ritornati al drive e lo abbiamo fatto presente e ci hanno dato tutto quello che mancava. Naturalmente quando torni a casa per mangiare si è freddato tutto, allora abbiamo pensato che per la prossima volta non bisogna ordinare al drive perché il servizio è quello che è. Oggi siamo andati ad ordinare in cassa 3 panini menù da portar via, arrivati a casa abbiamo aperto le buste e mancavano 3 patatine ma sopratutto la cocacola...io capisco allungare un pochino le bibite con acqua ma io sto pagando per una Cocacola con un pó di acqua e non dell'acqua zozza nera che ho buttato perché inbevibile. Neanche sono tornato per chiedere un'altra volta i prodotti....e va$!*!*@?×
I start by saying that I prefer Burgher King to Mc ... having said that I would like to talk about the drive and cash service offered by those who work in this fast food. We went there a few months ago my brother and I, we ordered the drive via app for 10 people, we arrived and we waited a long time because the sandwiches were not ready (it was a day in the middle of the week and there was no practically none) we were served we went home and we opened the bags and there were five products missing. So we went back to the drive and pointed it out and they gave us everything that was missing. Of course when you come home to eat everything is cold so we thought next time you don't have to order at the drive because the service is what it is. Today we went to order 3 sandwiches menu to take away, arrived home we opened the bags and 3 chips were missing but above all the cocacola ... I understand extending the drinks with water a little but I'm paying for a Cocacola with a some water and not dirty black water that I threw away because it was not drinkable. I haven't even come back to ask for products again .... and go $! *! * @? ×

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lentissimi nelle cucine e più lenti alle casse. Dei totem presenti 2 non funzionano, stando senza carta per scontrino. Ordinato alle 21.02 4 manu panino arrivano alle 21.42 . Tutto tranne fast food. Too much slow food and service too.
Very slow in the kitchens and slower at the checkouts. Of the totems present 2 do not work, as there is no receipt paper. Ordered at 9.02pm 4 manu sandwiches arrive at 9.42pm. Everything except fast food. Too much slow food and service too.
