i	ilmarchese75 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quello che riguarda il marchio Moto Guzzi, hanno un solo paio di modelli esposti rispetto a tutta la gamma. Non hanno la moto per la prova, Quindi significa che oltre a non avere tutte le moto del marchio non le si può neanche provare. Quindi tecnicamente uno dovrebbe comprare una moto a scatola chiusa. Capisco che non sia un problema voluto da loro, capisco che anche la loro azienda è legata alla casa madre e che sia quest'ultima a gestire le cose, però per i clienti è un enorme disservizio. Essere concessionari di un marchio in una città per poi non poter esaudire I desideri degli eventuali clienti,è come non possedere il suddetto marchio. Molto deluso......molto. As for the Moto Guzzi brand, they only have a couple of models on display out of the whole range. They don't have the bike for testing, so it means that besides not having all the bikes of the brand you can't even try them. So technically one would have to buy a pig in a poke. I understand that it is not a problem they wanted, I understand that their company is also linked to the parent company and that it is the latter that manages things, but for the customers it is a huge disservice. Being a dealer of a brand in a city and then not being able to fulfill the wishes of any customers, is like not owning the aforementioned brand. Very disappointed ...... a lot.

Sono soddisfatto oltre che per il prezzo finale ricevuto , anche dalla serietà che traspare dai ragazzi che si occupano della vendita , il sig Fabio e del salone , il sig. Andrea. Disponibili e veloci anche i ragazzi delľofficina. Disponibilità e serietà sono gli aggettivi che userei se divessi descriverla in brevi termini. It's my dealership. I bought the new 1290 Sadv S. F	Filippo Trombini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 21 Aprile prenoto tramite il sito Moto Guzzi la prova di una v85TT. Mi arriva la mail di inoltro della prenotazione per il testride della moto. Successivamente doveva arrivarmi la mail di conferma dal concessionario, mai arrivata. Il 7 maggio mi reco in concessionaria per la prova con la risposta che la moto non disponibile, è stata data ad un cliente come moto sostitutiva. In pratica la prenotazione tramite il sito ufficiale non serve a nulla se non lo conferma anche la concessionaria. 2 settimane di preavviso per rendere disponibile una moto non bastano si vede. Comprerò altrove. On April 21st I book the test of a v85TT through the Moto Guzzi website. I get the email for forwarding the reservation for the motorcycle testride. Subsequently I had to receive the confirmation email from the dealer, never arrived. On 7 May I go to the dealership for the test with the answer that the bike is not available, it was given to a customer as a replacement bike. In practice, booking through the official website is useless if the dealership does not confirm it as well. 2 weeks notice to make a bike available is not enough, you see. I will buy elsewhere.

Davvero tanta disponibilità e pazienza per ogni mia domanda o richiesta. Moto acquistata a 130km di distanza ma davvero strada fatta molto volentieri.super consigliato!
