Giovedí scorso una signora straniera ha sbagliato ad esprimersi, ha chiesto dei "cubetti" indicando dei "tubetti" di tempere e la venditrice le ha fatto notare in malo modo il piccolo errore. Ma era davvero il caso? L'educazione, la gentilezza e l'accoglienza sono dei capisaldi dai quali non ci si può esimere.
Small, poorly stocked, uncooperative staff. Last Thursday a foreign lady made a mistake in expressing herself, she asked for "cubes" indicating "tubes" of tempera paint and the seller pointed out the small mistake in a bad way. But was that really the case? Education, kindness and hospitality are cornerstones from which we cannot be exempt.
