Ero in attesa di un pacco da TNT e doveva essere consegnato a loro il 4/5/2020 (conteneva merce per quasi 2000 euro). Chiamo il pomeriggio perchè lo vedevo in consegna dal tracking ma mi hanno risposto che non era passato e di riprovare il giorno dopo. Nel frattempo appuravo che causa sciopero della TNT, il mio pacco comunque risultava uscito, pertanto il giorno dopo telefono nuovamente per avere informazioni, facendo presente che dal tracking risultava sempre da consegnare. La stessa signora del giorno prima, con fare molto scostante mi diceva che non era passato neanche quel giorno il corriere. A questo punto chiedo ulteriori dettagli, se lei avesse magari la possibilità di contattare il corriere che quotidianamente si reca da loro per consegne e ritiri. A questo punto la signora si innervosisce ulteriormente e mi dice di non essere un ufficio informazioni. Al che le faccio presente che non si trattano cosi i clienti e mi riserverò di non far arrivare più altri pacchi presso di loro, che comunque vengono anche pagati dalla TNT per svolgere questo servizio. Per tutta risposta mi diceva che sarebbe stata contenta se lo avessi fatto. Sarà cosi. Non rivolgetevi più a loro. Ci sono altri punti molto più professionali in città! RUDE, CAFONI, ARROGANT AND LITTLE PROFESSIONAL Bad experience. I was waiting for a package from TNT and it had to be delivered to them on 4/5/2020 (it contained goods for almost 2000 euros). I call in the afternoon because I saw it being delivered by the tracking but they replied that it hadn't passed and to try again the next day. In the meantime, I ascertained that due to a TNT strike, my package was still out, so the next day I called again for information, pointing out that the tracking always had to be delivered. The same lady from the day before, very unfriendly, told me that the courier had not even passed that day. At this point, I ask for further details, if you might have the possibility to contact the courier who goes to them every day for deliveries and collections. At this point the lady gets further nervous and tells me she is not an information office. To which I would like to point out that customers are not treated like this and I will reserve the right not to send more packages to them, which in any case are also paid by TNT to perform this service. In response, she told me she would be happy if I did. It will be like this. Don't turn to them anymore. There are other much more professional spots in town!
