Siamo erroneamente andati nel punto vendita sbagliato (quello di piazza Bernini, appunto) per cambiare un regalo e ci è stato detto in malo modo di informarci bene su quale punto vendita potesse essere dato che lì non vendevano quel tipo di prodotto. Aria di sufficienza e modi scortesi nel rispondere a due persone che volevano soltanto un'informazione. La gentilezza è gratis, non lesinate perchè il mondo già è triste di suo! Alcuni prodotti Buffetti invece sono scadenti ma questo non dipende dal punto vendita. We have been supplying them for the office stationery for many years. It is true that the owners seem a bit gruff but they are still competent and available. Some Buffetti products, on the other hand, are poor but this does not depend on the point of sale.

Certamente per lui non sarà un problema perdere un cliente ma anche per me non lo sarà cercare un altro punto vendita. Comprare bene è una cosa importante ma non è la sola, io torno sempre dove mi sono 'trovato bene'. I will remember this store more than anything else for the rude ways of the owner.
