Ho provato a stampare due documenti pdf con chiavetta USB (la stampante non riconosceva la chiavetta) (chiavetta che funzionava benissimo in quanto riconosciuta dalla cartolibreria successiva) ma la commessa è stata molto scortese e disattenda continuando a stare in maniera insistente al telefono piuttosto che risolvere il problema!
 Bad experience rude staff. I tried to print two pdf documents with a USB key (the printer did not recognize the key) (key that worked very well as it was recognized by the next stationery library) but the saleswoman was very rude and disregarding, continuing to be insistent on the phone rather than solving the problem!
