★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein klassisches Triestiner Buffet. Reges Treiben. Von der schnellen Schinkensemmel bis zum mehrgängingen Menü ist alles frei wählbar. Triestiner Lebensart in Reinkultur. Schöne Gasthausküche: Griesknödel mit Schweinsbackerln, verschiedenes gekochtes Schweinefleisch. War bestens. Dazu eine gefällige Weinauswahl.
A classic Trieste buffet. Lively activity. From a quick ham roll to a multi-course menu, everything is freely selectable. Trieste way of life in its purest form. Nice restaurant kitchen: semolina dumplings with pork cheek, various types of cooked pork. Was great. In addition, a pleasant selection of wines.
