a	anna lisa somma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono appena stata in questo salone dopo aver acquistato un coupon taglio (che poi ho deciso di non fare) e colore su Groupon Dovevo coprire semplicemente la ricrescita dei capelli bianchi; mi sono ritrovata con i capelli bruciati e un colore davvero inguardabile (più chiaro) Ah una cosa: i clienti vanno trattati tutti allo stesso modo, se decidete di far acquistare dei coupon dovete metterci la stessa professionalità. Peccato! Assolutamente sconsigliato! Peccato, perché sono puntuali e veramente cordiali. La qualità dei prodotti, dei trattamenti e del servizio sono a dir poco eccellenti... e, ogni volta, hanno reso i miei capelli (cui tengo moltissimo :) ) sempre più sani, luminosi e visibilmente più belli. Il locale è piccolo, confortevole e molto curato. Il titolare unisce un'evidente professionalità a una grande attenzione alle esigenze e alle aspettative della clientela, oltre a una gentilezza e a una disponibilità francamente molto rare da trovare. Oltre alla qualità del servizio, mi ha favorevolmente colpito il pieno e rasserenante rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e di tutela a contrasto del Covid, in un clima di grande attenzione e sensibilità. Prezzi più che onesti rispetto alla media del quartiere, senza sacrificare minimamente la qualità dei prodotti e del lavoro. Consigliatissimo. The restaurant is small, comfortable and well cared for. The owner combines evident professionalism with great attention to the needs and expectations of customers, as well as kindness and availability frankly very rare to find. In addition to the quality of the service, I was favorably impressed by the full and reassuring compliance with the safety and protection regulations against Covid, in a climate of great attention and sensitivity. Prices more than fair compared to the neighborhood average, without sacrificing the quality of the products and work in the least. Highly recommended.
