Problemi per riavere indietro i soldi della prenotazione. Negative experience. I was unable to rent the car. Unpatient and unkind staff. I do not recommend to friends. Problems getting your reservation back.

Il servizio clienti non fa che dire la situazione è in progress attenda !!! Per legge devono restituire in max 60 giorni ??? I strongly advise against !! I've been waiting for my money that has been picked up by mistake for over 90 days to return. The customer service does nothing but say the situation is in progress wait !!! By law they must return in max 60 days ???

S	Stefano Franzoso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato una fiat panda ,appena entrato nella reception leggo il cartello dove c'era scritto che la macchina va lavata prima della consegna (per il cliente perdita di tempo oltretutto), mi consegnano l'auto NON pulita e igienizzare internamente ed esternamente piena di polvere, non mi ha nemmeno fatto firmare un foglio per visionare i danni che già aveva la macchina ,calcolando che era piena di graffi... poi,una volta salito in macchina e mi accorgo che ha 80.000 km e del 2017 e penso: speriamo vada tutto bene!faccio 1000 km beccando parecchia pioggia con delle spazzole inesistenti, a 130 km/h la macchina tremava tutta, non aveva acqua nei vetri , mi ferma la stradale per controllo e mi consiglia di cambiare pneumatici posteriori perché logorati all'esterno del battistrada.... SCONSIGLIO di noleggiare le auto qui ,oltre che il servizio telefonico è inesistente . Devo dare una nota di riguardo alla ragazza giovane che pur essendo sola a sbrigare tante mansioni si è dimostrata davvero carina e disponibile anche con altri clienti. Non me ne servirò mai più e consiglio a tutti di noleggiare da agenzie più serie! Bad service! van in bad condition both hygienic and mechanical, lighthouse burned out, no engine oil, no brake oil, non-existent brake pads, and super worn tires. I will never use it again and I recommend everyone to rent from more serious agencies!
