★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dalle stelle alle stalle …. Usufruito più volte del servizio il personale si rileva inconveniente ignorante e non professionale … da evitare assolutamente 3 ritardati dietro ad 1 bancone non ne fanno 1 buono !!! Disagio totale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ormai sono un cliente abituale, sia per lavoro che privatamente. Al di là della cortesia del personale che è sempre molto buona, la parte pessima è quella amministrativa. Per la seconda volta nel giro di due anni mi sono trovato addebitato erroneamente sulla carta di credito il doppio dell'importo pattuito. Ed ovviamente la restituzione è a fatta ai comodi della Maggiore
I am now a regular customer, both for business and privately. Beyond the courtesy of the staff which is always very good, the bad part is the administrative one. For the second time in two years, my credit card was mistakenly charged to double the agreed amount. And obviously the restitution is done at the convenience of the Maggiore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furgone affittato e ritirato nei termini già previsti da prenotazione effettuata online ... Peccato che chiuda alle 13 del sabato e riapra il lunedì mattina, quindi se devi riconsegnarlo il sabato pomeriggio o la domenica devi lasciare le chiavi nel posto indicato al momento del ritiro del furgone e fare le foto da mandare via whatsapp su dove si è parcheggiato il furgone...perchè bisogna parcheggiarlo per strada perchè non c è un posto dedicato quando il servizio è chiuso... Da un noleggio come maggiore almeno un parcheggio h24 sarebbe gradito... Magari in futuro lo faranno... O almeno ve lo Consiglio... Cmq è un buonissimo servizio noleggio... Voto 8
Van rented and collected within the terms already provided by booking made online ... Too bad it closes at 1pm on Saturday and reopens on Monday morning, so if you have to return it on Saturday afternoon or Sunday you must leave the keys in the place indicated at the time of collection of the van and take pictures to send via whatsapp on where the van is parked ... because you have to park it on the street because there is no dedicated space when the service is closed ... From a rental as greater at least a 24-hour parking would be welcome ... Maybe in the future they will ... Or at least I recommend it ... Anyway it's a very good rental service ... Vote 8

Prenotazione CONFERMATA per domenica mattina, chiamo 3 giorni prima solo per scrupolo e mi dicono che la domenica sono chiusi.
Vado il sabato come da indicazioni e non mi danno il furgone perché non ho due documenti di identità, nuova regola in vigore da 15 giorni. Nemmeno la mia banca chiede due documenti di identità per aprire un conto. Mi hanno mandato via.
Che Maggiore non abbia voglia di noleggiare i furgoni è un dato di fatto ma mi hanno creato un problemi serissimo e questo è inaccettabile.

Booking CONFIRMED for Sunday morning, I call 3 days before just to be scrupulous and they tell me that on Sundays they are closed.
I go on Saturday as indicated and they don't give me the van because I don't have two identity documents, new rule in force for 15 days. Not even my bank asks for two identity documents to open an account. They sent me away.
That Maggiore does not want to rent vans is a fact but they have created a very serious problem for me and this is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kind service and reasonable prices but the car was dirty, had only 1/4 gas in the tank and the car's door kept giving false indications about being open. note that it is forbidden to take right upon leaving the parking, there's a ZTL camera right on the exit.
