β β β β β I highly not recommend this car rental! They are not honest and upright. The service is extremely bad: pushing customer to take additional insurances (extra paid at the end) saying and presenting as just confirmation the things that customer ordered and prepaid before picking up a car! Unable to speak in English at the airport and make use of it is disqualifying! Besides for me it was over 3 hours waiting in queue for car pick up. The service and the agents even not appologized and were not prepared at all, not saying about refund. Explanations that they are not prepared is just pathetic from their side as in 21st century there is sotware and orders database so they can prepare and forecast the customers arrivals. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

β β β β β My mum got ripped off they changed the contract when she upgraded and they charged her β¬2,000 euros on top of the prepaid voucher and shortened the time by 6 weeks. Terrible customer experience. Please avoid and had to pay again for another car rental - they said they would add my sister as an extra driver and email the contract but they never did.

β β β β β Beware - they cheated us! They added extras that we did not ask for (overcharging us by about 130 euros). When we challenged them on it (at the time of signing) they dismissed it. They also refused to note down any damages that we had noted on the car on picking it up. They just told us to "take a photo of it!"

β β β β β We rented a car via Maggiore website only a day before. Next morning everything went smooth: office staff was really nice, deposit was withdrawn (credit card required), car was handed over. We booked a Lancia Ypsilon but got a Toyota Yaris - which was totally fine. We used it for 2 days, there was no problem. We only had to pay when we brought back the car. Deposit was given back within 5 days. The only downside is that the office operates until 6:30PM so we had to bring back the car by 6PM the latest and it is closed on Sundays. I recommend this car rental office to everyone who wants to pick up/drop the car in Bari and not the airport.

β β β β β We booked the car a day before we picked it up and we returned it with full tank and no damage. We did not request additional insurance for the two days. We did not have to pay ahead, they charged the agreed amount from the deposit within the next week. No additional charges. Nice customer service!
