Abbiamo noleggiato un furgone in data 30 gennaio 2015 per andare in montagna, che ci è stato consegnato sporco e sprovvisto di gomme termiche. La cosa più grave è che le catene da neve, rese obbligatorie dal codice della strada in alternativa all'assenza di gomme termiche nel veicolo, ci sono state addebitate nella fattura finale, nonostante le stesse facessero parte dell'attrezzatura standard per rendere il mezzo a norma di legge.
Alla mia mail di protesta è seguita un ammissione da parte della stessa compagnia che però invece del rimborso mi ha proposto un buono del valore pari alla somma spesa spendibile in un eventuale nuovo noleggio.
Ma non finisce qua, siamo a Maggio e mi sono visto recapitare a causa di una multa per eccesso di velocita, un addebito di ulteriori 42,70 euro (oltre al costo della multa stessa) imputabile a delle così dette "spese amministrative".
Alla luce dei reiterati e pretestuosi addebiti da parte della compagnia e della scarsa qualità del mezzo fornito, mi sento di sconsigliare vivamente questo autonoleggio che sembra avere come unico obbiettivo quello di svuotare le tasche dell'cliente poco attento ai dettagli del contratto di noleggio sottoscritto, sfruttando ogni minima falla dello stesso per estorcergli pretestuosamente altri soldi.

We hired a van on January 30, 2015 to go to the mountains, which was handed over to us dirty and without thermal tires. The most serious thing is that the snow chains, made mandatory by the highway code as an alternative to the absence of thermal tires in the vehicle, were charged to us in the final bill, even though they were part of the standard equipment to make the vehicle a rule of law.
My protest mail was followed by an admission by the same company, but instead of the reimbursement, I was offered a voucher worth the amount spent in a possible new rental.
But it does not end here, we are in May and I saw myself delivered due to a speeding fine, a charge of an additional 42.70 euros (in addition to the cost of the fine itself) attributable to the so-called "administrative expenses".
In light of the repeated and specious charges by the company and the poor quality of the medium provided, I would strongly advise against this car rental which seems to have the sole aim of emptying the pockets of the customer who is not paying attention to the details of the rental contract signed, taking advantage of every single flaw in order to extort other money from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful! Those people are thieves. They charge you with insurances you don't ask without telling you pretending it's only provision for fuel and you''ll get reimboursment. But you don't and there is nothing to do afterwards. Don't let yourself be impressed by the fact they won't answer your question.
Go to another rental company. Worse customer service ever.
