 Excellent buffalo burger and space buffalo mozzarella, quick lunch after work, welcoming and "familiar" atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Babalus è mozzarella di bufala. La mozzarella è davvero ottima ed è possibile consumare lì o portare i prodotti via. Una menzione particolare alla signore che ci ha servito alle 14:50, che nonostante l'orario di chiusura alle 15 ci ha permesso di pranzare lì. Super consigliato.
Babalus is buffalo mozzarella. The mozzarella is really good and you can consume it there or take the products away. A special mention to the gentleman who served us at 2:50 pm, who despite the closing time at 3 pm allowed us to have lunch there. Super recommended.

Locale bello, vetrina dei piatti pronti super e possibilità di mangiare tagli di bufale allevate dalla famiglia.
Ho mangiato un'ottima fettina di bufala con verdure squisite!! Consiglio anche il fungo!!!!
Voto 5 stelle anche al personale!!
Tornerò sicuramente e proverò gli hamburger che ho visto essere FANSTICI!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bubalus is a nice and cozy spot in Ragusa, their focaccia/scaccia is amazing, and so are their lunch options. You can taste fresh and delicate recipes, and they also deliver. I like their store at Marina di Ragusa, best ricotta ice cream you could ever dream about.
