★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto sostituire la doppia porta finestra del mio balcone perché si continuava a bloccare e non chiudeva più ermeticamente. L’ho sostituita con una doppia anta, una fissa e l’altra scorrevole.
Ho emesso l’ordine il 16 novembre, subito dopo un loro sopralluogo, e avendo capito l’urgenza, in due mesi sono riusciti a sostituire gli infissi. Si sono presi carico del mio problema e hanno accelerato tutte le procedure. Il 26 gennaio si sono presentati con tutti i materiali. Dopo aver smontato e portato via gli infissi esistenti, hanno portato i vetri da 130kg ciascuno su nel mio balcone al secondo piano con una grù. Il pomeriggio lo hanno dedicato al montaggio dei nuovi infissi. Sono venuti in 4 e non hanno mai avuto una pausa, era uno spettacolo vederli lavorare, sincronizzati e preparati nei minimi dettagli. Non hanno trascurato nessun dettaglio e alla fine il lavoro è perfetto! Mi va anche da mettere in evidenza che il telaio da 270x 260cm circa è entrato nell’apertura murale perfettamente, come se fosse stato costruito su misura al momento. Tutti i profilati, inclusi quelli di collegamento al parquet, sono stati montati alla perfezione. Sinceramente, sono stato molto contento di aver scelto questa azienda. Inoltre, gli infissi sono bellissimi; la porta scorrevole si apre con una sola mano molto semplicemente!

I had to replace the double French door on my balcony because it kept locking and no longer closed tightly. I replaced it with a double door, one fixed and the other sliding.
I placed the order on November 16, immediately after their inspection, and having understood the urgency, in two months they managed to replace the fixtures. They took care of my problem and speeded up all the procedures. On January 26th they showed up with all the materials. After disassembling and removing the existing window frames, they took the 130kg each glass up to my second floor balcony with a crane. The afternoon was dedicated to the assembly of the new windows. 4 of them came and never had a break, it was a sight to see them working, synchronized and prepared down to the smallest detail. They have not overlooked any detail and in the end the work is perfect! I should also point out that the 270x260cm frame fits perfectly into the wall opening, as if it had been custom built at the time. All the profiles, including those connecting to the parquet, have been assembled to perfection. Honestly, I was very happy that I chose this company. Also, the fixtures are beautiful; the sliding door opens with one hand very simply!
