B	Belén on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiva: La ubicación era perfecta para nuestro trabajo, cerca de la Universidad y de la estación de Tren.. Negativa: La cama era un sofá cama, nada que ver con la foto. Es un piso dividido en habitaciones y se oye todo, cuando entran o salen los demás huéspedes. Hay instrucciones escritas para dejar las llaves y la tasa turística, escribimos por wassap para decir a qué hora nos íbamos y no nos respondieron. Han de mejorar la atención, falta atención personalizada, es muy frío. No ves a ninguna persona del apartamento. La cafetera no funcionaba..
d	daniela Schupp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richtig schlecht, nicht das was wir ursprünglich gebucht hatten und uns wurde auf Grund von Bauarbeiten dieses als "UPGRADE" verkauft, dieses hatte aber nicht mal einen Balkon. Die Fotos waren irreführend, in der Realität war es stinkig und schmuddelig und abgenutzt. Für den Preis absolut nicht zu rechtfertigen. Bettkasten war dreckig, Handtücher hatten Flecken. Kein Ansprechpartner war vor Ort. Sind direkt nach dem Check in der nur via Telefon stattfand abgereist, weil mit Baby ging das einfach gar nicht. King-size Bett war auch nicht vorhanden. Sehr unseriös das ganze. Wir hatten über booking.com gebucht und bekommen jetzt nicht mal das Geld wieder. Really bad, not what we originally booked and we were sold this as an "UPGRADE" due to construction work, but this didn't even have a balcony. The photos were misleading, in reality it was smelly and dingy and worn. Absolutely not justifiable for the price. Bedding was dirty, towels had stains. No contact person was on site. Left right after the check-in, which was only done over the phone, because it just wasn't possible with a baby. There was no king-size bed either. The whole thing is very dishonest. We had booked through booking.com and now we don't even get the money back.

Quello che non mi ha convinto e che motiva le tre stelle, è il check-in/checkout da remoto. La domenica mattina, poco prima del checkout, abbiamo chiamato ripetutamente il numero di assistenza senza ricevere risposta. Non hanno risposto neanche al messaggio lasciato sull'app. La cosa è stata particolarmente sgradevole è poco professionale. Se avessimo avuto un'esigenza importante non avremmo avuto risposta The apartment is new, enough equipped and a few minutes walk from the center of Padua. What has not convinced me and motivates the three stars, is the remote check-in / checkout. On Sunday morning, just before checkout, we repeatedly called the assistance number without receiving a reply. They didn't even answer the message left on the app. The thing was particularly unpleasant is unprofessional. If we had an important need we would have no answer

B	Booking.com user on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Spacious room, easy to enter.. Negative: Far away from cafe and restaurants also, far away from supermarket. There is thee available in the room, not a bottle of water (assuming tap water is drinkable?) They ask you to take out your garbage (which those before me did not!), well there you go with your luggage (especially bad if you are traveling for business). Rooms are definitely not soundproof, not even close. I heard the snoring in the room next to me as the person was in my room, also the baby crying in another room, so could not sleep. City tax is expected to be left on the table together with the keys, no idea how I can proof that as you might be charged suddenly! Notes everywhere that you shall be charged 100Euro if you don’t do what they say. Feels like you have to proof everything..
