Sai quando consegni la merce ma non sai mai quando esattamente sarà pronta e quanto sarà il costo del lavoro in quanto cambiano sempre... La cosa che mi ha fatto più arrabbiare .... Si scocciano se li chiami dopo un mese per sapere se la tua merce è pronta e poi dopo altre due settimane stanca di aspettare richiamo ... e mi dicono ... che avevano perso il mio recapito telefonico (...sapendo che avevo oltretutto fretta di ritirare il materiale ... bastava cercare il recapito telefonico nel sito che loro stessi hanno stampato!...o nelle e.mail loro inviate...)...mancano di organizzazione... Non fanno male il lavoro "pratico" ma mancano di TUTTO il resto!!!!! Potrei raccontarne altre ... ma ... lascio provare a voi!!! Oltretutto ... scortesi ... specie la signora P. ... spero che gli altri siano meglio ... ma se prendi in carico un lavoro ... lo fai bene e nei tempi previsti senza far pesare -cambi colore -cambi posizione etc... visto che il lavoro ti viene comunque pagato!!! Ho provato ad avvalermi dei loro servizi più di una volta perché lavorando gli imprevisti possono succedere ... ma vedendo il presentarsi sempre di problemi ... ho deciso di cambiare!!! Questa è la mia esperienza ... lascio a voi provare!!! NOT RECOMMENDED to all those looking for professionalism, seriousness and respect for delivery times. You know when you deliver the goods but you never know when exactly it will be ready and how much the labor cost will be as they always change ... The thing that made me the most angry .... They get annoyed if you call them after a month to find out if your goods are ready and then after another two weeks tired of waiting for a call back ... and they tell me ... that they had lost my telephone number (... knowing that I was also in a hurry to collect the material ... it was enough to look for the telephone number on the site that they themselves printed! ... or in the e-mails sent to them ...) ... they lack organization ... They don't hurt "practical" work but they lack EVERYTHING else !!!!! I could tell others ... but ... I'll let you try !!! Besides ... rude ... especially Mrs. P. ... I hope that the others are better ... but if you take on a job ... you do it well and on schedule without making you weigh -change color -change position etc ... since the work is still paid to you !!! I tried to make use of their services more than once because unexpected work can happen ... but seeing the always present problems ... I decided to change !!! This is my experience ... I leave it to you to try !!!

Non rispondono alle mail, si segnano le cose importanti su pezzi di carta volanti, non rispettano i tempi di consegna e non ti avvisano. Un errore può sempre succedere, ma dico questo dopo aver provato a servirmi da loro per ben due volte! As already written in a previous review, SCONSIGLIO to all those who are looking for seriousness, respect for delivery times and organization. They do not respond to emails, important things are marked on pieces of flying paper, they do not respect delivery times and do not warn you. A mistake can always happen, but I say this after trying to serve them twice!
