Fino a quando l'altro giorno il mio cane per un infortunio continuava a sanguinare e l'ho chiamato ripetutamente e disperatamente, ma niente, non risponde. Ho pensato che fosse in ferie, invece era in studio. E non si è mai degnato di richiamare. Soprattutto che vedi che ti hanno chiamato insistentemente. Vergogna! Naturalmente ho trovato subito un altro veterinario disponibile subito che ha curato e salvato il mio cucciolo egregiamente. He could be a good vet, except that he is not reliable. Vivo in un borgo sulle montagne , mi e' capitato di chiamare un sacco di volte il dottore per persone diverse , ha sempre risposto alla prima chiamata e si e' sempre reso immediatamente disponibile . e' anche successo che , raramente , nn abbia risposto subito e mi ha chiarito che in quei momenti non puo' rispondere ma che cmq ascolta il messaggio attraverso la segreteria . la persona che si lamenta farebbe bene a farsi un'esamino e forse potrebbe scoprire che un motivo per cui nn trova il medico e' di sua stessa responsabilita' . Alberto e' un veterinario coscienzioso , valido , disponibile ed onesto . I have to respond to the post that denounces Dr. Alberto's indifference. Alberto is a conscientious, valid, helpful and honest veterinarian.
