Le aziende commercializzate hanno una qualita diversa. Si sono occupati loro di scegliere il modello in base alla cubatura della nostra abitazione e hanno curato l'installazione. Dopo dieci anni possiamo dire di aver fatto un acquisto eccezionale e di essere stati consigliati benissimo. Taken by them a Jotul fireplace in 2009. They took care of choosing the model based on the volume of our house and took care of the installation. After ten years we can say that we made an exceptional purchase and that we were very well advised.
G	Giordan Bottaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che ho comperato negli anni ben tre prodotti tra cui un camino ventilato e due stufe, la F602 e la F118 spendendo dunque una ragguardevole quantità di denaro, premesso tutto ciò, con l'acquisto dell'ultimo prodotto, la F118 (più di 2000 euro considerando anche in tubi e l'installazione a pagamento) sono rimasto deluso dalla successiva mancanza di assistenza. La stufa, purtroppo, aveva un difetto di assemblaggio, feci a suo tempo le mie rimostranze per sentirmi rispondere di prendere gli attrezzi e di serrare alcuni dadi....Inutile dire che rimasi molto deluso dalla risposta ma, non essendo litigioso di natura, smontai e rimontai integralmente la stufa isolando in modo corretto il prodotto dove difettato e, alla fine, serrando i famosi dadi....Provvidi a che a segnalare Jotul l'accaduto nonché la decadenza dalla garanzia. Insomma, i prodotti sono di per sé eccezionali, è chiaro che come qualunque cosa possono avere dei problemi e quindi, augurarvi di non averli!!!! Given that I have bought three products over the years including a ventilated fireplace and two stoves, the F602 and the F118, thus spending a considerable amount of money, having said all this, with the purchase of the latest product, the F118 (more than 2000 euro considering also in pipes and paid installation) I was disappointed by the subsequent lack of assistance. The stove, unfortunately, had an assembly defect, I made my complaints at the time to be answered to take the tools and tighten some nuts .... Needless to say, I was very disappointed by the answer but, not being quarrelsome by nature, I completely disassembled and reassembled the stove by correctly isolating the product where it was defective and, in the end, tightening the famous nuts .... Provide that to report Jotul what had happened as well as the forfeiture of the warranty. In short, the products are exceptional in themselves, it is clear that like anything they can have problems and therefore, wish you not to have them !!!!
