Lasciate perdere. Andate da un’altra parte, ma soprattutto evitate l’impiegata bionda.
Un consiglio al titolare: insegni l’educazione e la cortesia alla suddetta signorina, che forse non ha ben chiaro da dove arrivi il suo stipendio. Comunque Le ha fatto perdere la vendita di pavimenti e sanitari per la ristrutturazione di due appartamenti e con questa recensione magari anche altri clienti.

Forget it. Go somewhere else, but above all avoid the blonde employee.
A word of advice to the owner: teach education and courtesy to the aforementioned young lady, who may not have a clear idea of where her salary comes from. However, it made you lose the sale of floors and bathroom fixtures for the renovation of two apartments and with this review maybe other customers as well.

Un po' carente il servizio post vendita.
Dopo 2 anni dall'acquisto ho fatto fatica a trovare le piastrelle acquistate. Dopo molte telefonate e mail finalmente sono state trovate ma di una misura leggermente diversa che le ha rese inutilizzabili o quasi (accostate a quelle precedentemente acquistate si vede la differenza)
Dopo aver cercato una risposta a questo problema (sempre dopo telefonate e mail) mi è stato risposto che non si poteva far niente perchè la misura era quella (anche se sulla scatola la misura esposta era quella giusta)

The after sales service is a little lacking.
After 2 years from the purchase, I had a hard time finding the purchased tiles. After many phone calls and emails they were finally found but of a slightly different size that made them almost unusable (compared to those previously purchased you can see the difference)
After looking for an answer to this problem (always after phone calls and emails) I was told that nothing could be done because the size was that (even if the size displayed on the box was the right one)
