★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mio avviso la visita per la vista è fatta in modo rapido. Una Visita rapida potrebbe comportare errori e infatti dopo aver preso gli occhiali dall' ottico mi sono reso conto che la vista non era perfetta, ma leggermente sfocata (sono miope+astigmatico). Avendo lamentato il problema, ritorno pochi giorni dopo dal dottor Bruno per una conferma sulla gradazione delle lenti. Le lenti risultavano coerenti con quanto prescritto sulla ricetta perciò NON vengo rivisitato,anzi,mi dimette dicendo che la leggera sfocatura è dovuta al modello di occhiali e lenti scelto.
Resto perplesso da tale motivazione (in futuro dimostratasi falsa)
Inoltre anche mia sorella,visitata lo stesso giorno, dopo aver indossato i suoi nuovi occhiali, ha riscontrato una vista sfocata.
Delusi non ritorneremo piu, soprattutto dopo aver offerto la possibilità di una visita di "recupero" che però non è stata fatta. Oltre al danno economico (visita piu lenti che andranno rifatte) anche la beffa.

The lenses were consistent with what was prescribed on the recipe so I am NOT revisited, on the contrary, he resigns me saying that the slight blur is due to the model of glasses and lenses chosen.

In addition, my sister, visited the same day, after wearing her new glasses, also found blurred vision.
Disappointed, we will never return, especially after having offered the possibility of a "recovery" visit which, however, was not made. In addition to the economic damage (slower visits that will have to be redone) also insult.
