Impossibile parlarne male perchè gli addetti, responsabile in testa, fanno di tutto per entrare in sintonia empatica con i clienti, a volte se necessario minimizzando la propria competenza e ruolo professionale pur di tutelare i clienti nelle scelte di acquisto consapevoli. Se a qualità prezzo e assortimento offerti dal marchio (ripeto, periodicamente testati) ci aggiungi professionalità, disponibilità, simpatia e competenza del personale del punto vendita (Giovanni e Stefania ma in verità anche tutti i loro collaboratori), ... cosa vuoi di più dalla vita?!
