★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le due stelle sono solo per la fornitura che è ottima, ma a livello di servizi al cliente fa'pietà.
Ho preso una tuta di quelle in offerta, arrivata alla cassa la tuta aveva due taglie diverse, sicuramente non per colpa mia, mi fanno tornare indietro per cercare i pezzi mancanti ma non li trovo, cerco una commessa e in tutto quel locale non ce n'era una. Sono dovuta tornare alla cassa per chiedere di una commessa, arriva e non trova i pezzi mancanti nemmeno lei.
A questo punto dico che io me la sarei presa anche così, ma non è possibile, andrà al discount, venderla a me non si poteva, ma al discount si.
In certi casi sarebbe meglio andare incontro al cliente, un po'di elasticità non guasterebbe. Ormai era tardi ed avevo bisogno delle cose, altrimenti avrei evitato di spendere 160€ lì.
Una delusione.

In some cases it would be better to meet the customer, a little elasticity would not hurt. It was late now and I needed things, otherwise I would have avoided spending € 160 there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amplissimo store con ampi parcheggi, anche per portatori di disabilità. Piano terra dedicato ai reparti donna e Bambini, mentre il piano primo al reparto uomo. Siamo rimasti veramente colpiti positivamente dalla vastissima offerta di capi d'abbigliamento a prezzi assolutamente concorrenziali. Materiali adatti sia per l'inverno che per le altre stagioni. Cappotti, tute felpate, accessori vari ecc ecc. Per tutte le tasche. Consigliatissimo soprattutto a famiglie numerose..... Ritornerò certamente per la prossima stagione
Very large store with ample parking, even for people with disabilities. Ground floor dedicated to the women's and children's departments, while the first floor to the men's department. We were really positively impressed by the huge range of clothing items at absolutely competitive prices. Materials suitable for both winter and other seasons. Coats, sweat suits, various accessories, etc. etc. For all budgets. Highly recommended especially for large families ..... I will certainly be back for next season

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande spaccio con molti articoli di abbigliamento per quanto riguarda il tempo libero sulla neve. Prezzi abbastanza buoni per quanto possa intendermene e qualche articolo di buono sconto. Per bambini é un terno al lotto puoi trovare ciò che serve come no. Ho avuto qualche difficoltà per mio figlio sinceramente. Difficoltà pure dovuta per lo scarso impegno da parte delle commesse che invece di dare aiuto mi hanno liquidato frettolosamente lasciandomi vagare per trovare ciò che faceva al caso mio. Sono rimasto splendidamente stupefatto dal reparto uomo che offre una assortita vastità del vestiario di tutti i giorni.
Large shop with many articles of clothing for free time in the snow. Fairly good prices as far as I can tell and some good discount items. For children it is a lottery game you can find what you need or not. I had some difficulties for my son honestly. I was marvelously blown away by the men's department which offers an assorted breadth of everyday clothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura con ampio parcheggio antistante e sviluppata su due livelli con reparti interni suddivisi tra uomo donna e bambino. Mati gli sport trattati ma particolare disponibilità soprattutto per gli accessori e l'abbigliamento per gli sport invernali. Presenza all'interno anche di bagni. Personale gentile e discreto.
Structure with ample parking in front and developed on two levels with internal departments divided between men, women and children. Mati the sports treated but particular availability especially for accessories and clothing for winter sports. Presence inside also bathrooms. Friendly and discreet staff.

Excellent value for money. There is sports clothing and not for everyone. Recommended for all non-professional sportsmen. Worth a visit: difficult to go out with nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura enorme e nuova. Spesso non si trova ciò che si cerca, o perchè mancano le taglie o perchè non hanno una così ampia varietà di prodotti.
I pantaloni che presi, si sono scoloriti dopo pochi lavaggi ed un altro si è strappato dopo pochi mesi di bici.
Considerando la qualità dei prodotti e i prezzi medi/alti, non posso lasciare più di 3 stelle. Peccato
Huge and new facility. Often you do not find what you are looking for, either because there are no sizes or because they do not have such a wide variety of products.
The pants I took faded after a few washes and another one ripped after a few months of cycling.
