Indecente!!!! Servizio pessimo e fidelizzazione del cliente misera!!
Dopo più di 10 giorni che aspetto un prodotto perché il corriere non trova il luogo( probabile nn abbia manco un navigatore a sto punto) 2 giorni fa chiamo per rintracciare il pacco e mi viene garantita la consegna per il giorno dopo, passati 2 giorni, oggi venerdì chiamo e mi dicono che il prodotto è in loro sede e che prima di martedì non riescono a spedirmelo!!
DELUSIONE BARTOLINI!!!!!!
Ps: sono mesi che ordino allo stesso indirizzo.....

After more than 10 days I wait for a product because the courier does not find the place (probably I don't have a navigator at this point) 2 days ago I call to track the package and I am guaranteed delivery for the next day, after 2 days, today Friday I call and they tell me that the product is in their office and that before Tuesday they can't send it to me !!
BARTOLINI DISAPPOINTMENT !!!!!!
Ps: I've been ordering at the same address for months .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggior corriere che ci sia!! Una stella è anche troppo, peccato non si possa mettere 0!! Inaffidabili, mai puntuali e anche arroganti quando chiami il servizio clienti. Pomeriggi interi ad aspettare che consegnino il pacco e poi alle 19,30 scrivono che sono passati e non c’era nessuno. Aggiungerei anche bugiardi!
The worst courier there is !! One star is too much, too bad you can't put 0 !! Unreliable, never punctual and even arrogant when calling customer service. Whole afternoons waiting for the package to be delivered and then at 7.30 pm they write that they have passed and there was no one. I would also add liars!

Non mantengono ciò che a voce garantiscono.
Sto chiedendo ai miei fornitori di appoggiarsi ad altri brand x le prossime consegne.
Addirittura un assistente clienti non sapeva dell'esistenza della via dove lavoro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BRT detto anche Bertolini spedizioniere da evitare accuratamente. Tre rinvii consecutivi della consegna di un pacco dopo aver atteso inutilmente per tre giorni a casa spostando diversi impegni. Contattati danno risposte imbarazzanti e considerano San Zeno di Montagna zona disagiata (dista ben 30 km dalla sede)...... talmente disagiata che da Bussolengo in 30' minuti molti abitanti vengono d'estate a passare il week end.
PESSIMI
BRT also called Bertolini forwarder to be carefully avoided. Three consecutive postponements of the delivery of a package after having waited in vain for three days at home, moving different commitments. Contacted they give embarrassing answers and consider San Zeno di Montagna a disadvantaged area (it is 30 km from the headquarters) ...... so disadvantaged that from Bussolengo in 30 'minutes many inhabitants come in the summer to spend the weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace, spedizione precedente l'autista, una ragazza mi ha chiamato e abbiamo risolto. Venerdì 13 maggio, tutto il pomeriggio sono restata a casa, alle ore 18 vado sul sito e trovo scritto indirizzo sconosciuto. Abito al pian terreno ero in giardino, non ho visto camion di BRT. Sono delusa e infastidita per dover andare al depositi per ritirare il pacco!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ perché siamo ZTL e non consegnano mai. Ho aspettato una settimana e poi si visualizzato sul loro sito web RIFIUTA SENZA MOTIVAZIONE ma non ho fatto nulla. Hanno detto più volte che sarebbe stato consegnato oggi fino a Merce in fermo deposito. Ho dovuto cambiare la logistica
because we are ZTL and they never deliver. I waited a week and then it showed up on their website REJECT WITHOUT REASON but didn't do anything. They said several times that it would be delivered today up to Merchandise in storage. I had to change the logistics
