β β β β β I have been here two times so far. It is a very big and bussy warehouse so i understand if the guys working there are stressed. I got my goods in top shape and in time. Had no problems whatsoever. I am really amazed reading rewiews with bad scores. One said they dont have small change and gave 1 star review because of that. How sad.

β β β β β Terrible courier service. I ordered an item on Amazon and I had no idea there was a delivery attempt, as the courier did not leave a notice on the door. I found out when I got an email from Amazon. I attempted to call Bartolini to make arrangements for redelivery - which in itself, was a challenge - after eight attempts, I finally got through to someone who told me he would call the driver so the delivery would be made at a time when I was home. I arrived home 20 minutes before the scheduled delivery and remained at home for four hours, only to get an email from Amazon telling me the courier made an attempted delivery an hour before he was scheduled to arrive.

β β β β β You can not trust that your post will arrive in destination in time. Just now I am sitting at home and getting notification about failed delivery because they find noone at home..... totally disappointed! Noone contacted, no ring, not even tried delevery...... Tried to contact call center and they not work because of summer holidays..... never again! It was important that this post arrive today.... I paid for express post..... totally non professional! And now i can not even go to them and pick up the post alone...... because there is no posibility to contact them..... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
