Dispiace per i dipendenti disponibili e cortesi, ma azienda approssimativa e distratta - per usare un eufemismo: pacco non arrivato a destinazione - come al solito - e per giunta consegnatomi in condizioni pietose (sporco e bagnato), causando così un danneggiamento del contenuto, peraltro di valore come una pergamena di laurea (inzuppata)

Diverse volte ho ricevuto pacchi danneggiati (una volta uno dei pacchi era fradicio, conteneva delle bottiglie rotte, e ciononostante lasciato sull'uscio), e l'ultima volta il pacco era aperto e il contenuto in frantumi. (S)fortuna ha voluto che fossi sul posto mentre il corriere lo lasciava, e di fronte alle mie rimostranze ha iniziato ad insultare e a negare il palese problema, lasciando il pacco su un muretto, rifiutando di registrare in un primo momento il mio rifiuto dello stesso. Mi allineo alla recensione che mi precede, mi domando che problemi abbia questa persona e soprattutto come venga scelto il personale. Il prodotto mi è stato poi rispedito dal venditore con un altro corriere. Allucinante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi metterei 0 stelle. Pessimi. Ho ordinato il 4 aprile, pochi giorni dopo è stato spedito e la data di consegna prevista era il 12 aprile ovvero due giorni fa. Oggi, giovedì 14 aprile non ho ancora il pacco che necessito per questo fine settimana. Contatto Brt e rimango in attesa per più di 10 min non ricevendo alcuna risposta. Non capisco come possa ancora esistere questo corriere poiché non è la prima volta che mi capita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Ricevo comunicazione via mail che non è stato possibile effettuare la consegna poiché non c'è stata alcuna risposta al citofono (ero a casa). Provo a chiamare subito l'assistenza e mi dice che il corriere è già fuori zona e che non è tenuto a chiamare il destinatario (questo li autorizza a fare quello che vogliono). Gran bel modo di lavorare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non solo il corriere riprogramma la consegna scrivendo al terminale che l'ho fatto io, dichiarando quindi il falso, e già questo è denunciabile, ma anche diverse minacce sto ricevendo ogni volta che questo corriere mi vede.
Frasi del tipo: puoi chiamare anche il padre eterno la prossima volta, riferendosi al fatto che è inutile telefonare al call center per chiedere che fine abbia fatto la spedizione (?), ma soprattutto il tono per nulla cortese che questa persona ha nei miei riguardi.
Mai nessun corriere ha avuto tale mancanza di rispetto per me ne negligenza verso il proprio lavoro.
Io sinceramente non so come sono abituati a scegliere il personale, ma chiedo che questa mela marcia non si occupi più delle consegne nella zona della provincia di Benevento o che consegni regolarmente e senza esprimere a me la propria frustrazione, perché tale corriere ha evidenti squilibri mentali.
Diversamente sarò costretto a rivolgermi ai carabinieri.
