Non mi arriva nulla e ricevo un SMS di mancata consegna, allora chiamo in sede e mi viene risposto che il corriere è passato non trovandomi in casa. Chiarisco che sono in casa ad aspettare il pacco , che non ho ricevuto nulla, che il citofono non ha squillato e non ho ricevuto neppure una telefonata come previsto dall ordine di spedizione. Mi viene risposto che la ditta da per vero quanto riferito dal corriere e fine della storia. Non mi resta che contattare il venditore sperando che si affidi ad un un'altra ditta di spedizioni. I clarify that I am at home waiting for the package, that I have not received anything, that the intercom did not ring and I have not even received a phone call as required by the shipping order. I am told that the company takes as true what the courier reported and the end of the story. I just have to contact the seller hoping that he relies on another shipping company.
F	Fabrizio Marino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi viene difficile credere che soltanto i vostri corrieri non riescano mai a trovare l'indirizzo di casa...nemmeno abitassi in mezzo al Sahara. È già la seconda volta che per recuperare un pacco (in attesa del quale passo l'intera giornata a casa) mi tocca fare 40 km per andare a recuperarlo direttamente in filiale . Pessimo servizio. I find it hard to believe that only your couriers can never find your home address ... even if you live in the middle of the Sahara. It is already the second time that to retrieve a package (waiting for which I spend the whole day at home) I have to travel 40 km to go and collect it directly at the branch. Bad service.
G	Gabriel Lo Cicero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispettano orari e giorni di consegna scortesi strafottenti e maleducati ma come si fa ad andare avanti con gente così state a casa se non avete la voglia di lavorare non consiglio a nessuno questa ditta di trasporti!!!. They do not respect times and delivery days rude arrogant and rude but how do you go on with people so stay home if you do not want to work I do not recommend this transport company to anyone !!!.
F	Francesca Ciotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un servizio clienti così scadente non mi era mai capitato. ti dicono una frase fatta e fine della storia. ti chiudono pure il telefono. renderò noto a chi di dovere questo atteggiamento. lasciate i posti di lavoro alla gente che ha voglia di lavorare. such poor customer service has never happened to me. they tell you a cliché and the end of the story. they even close your phone. I will make this attitude known to those responsible. leave jobs to people who want to work.

D	Davide Frusteri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barzelletta: A due persone che stanno a casa 5 giorni di fila senza uscire gli si vien comunicato che il corriere a fanno ben 3 tentativi di consegna, ho telefonato sia dopo 'il primo tentativo' dove mi è stato detto semplicemente verrà domani e poi dopo due giorni facendo presente che 1. Siamo murati a casa 2. Nessuno citofona 3. Nessun lascia avvisi nella cassetta postale. 4 nessuna telefonata la risposta della signorina epica. La colpa in pratica era mia e di mia moglie perché abbiamo telefonato poche volte, dovevamo chiamare più spesso (2 telefonate secondo la signorina erano poche). Dopodiché mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia in perfetto stile come si legge dagli altri svariati commenti Joke: Two people who stay at home 5 days in a row without going out are told that the courier makes 3 delivery attempts, I phoned both after 'the first attempt' where I was told simply will come tomorrow and then later two days pointing out that 1. We are bricked up at home 2. No intercom 3. Leave no alerts in the mailbox. 4 no phone calls the answer of the epic miss. D	Domenico Domenic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarà che per contratto funziona in questo modo, ma personalmente ci sono rimasto veramente male, ho utilizzato il servizio Brt per il trasferimento di un lavabo confezionato di fabbrica, già ricevuto integro e tornato al mittente, costato 250 euro, è arrivato distrutto, a pezzi, come caduto da 5' piano. Brt mi risponde che mi rimborserà 25 euro! 1 EURO per kilogrammo, nonostante fosse loro incuria!
