Nonostante sul tracking ci siano indicazioni del ritiro avvenuto dal venditore, insistono dicendo che il venditore non ha ancora consegnato la spedizione. Da ora in poi chiederó sempre ai venditori chi sara il corriere, se dovesse essere BRT non acquisto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Alle 15.43 mi dicono per e mail che alle 15.41 il corriere ha tentato la consegna. Purtroppo ciò non è vero, perché essendo rimasta di proposito a casa, posso asserire che non è proprio passato nessuno. Chiamo per chiedere spiegazioni e, dopo la lunga trafila, risponde un' operatrice davvero scortese che non vuole ascoltare...e che alla fine chiude senza aiutarmi o darmi spiegazioni. I miei complimenti per il servizio del corriere e per l'educazione dell'operatrice telefonica con cui ho avuto la fortuna di parlare. Domani dovrò perdere un altro giorno di lavoro per ricevere un semplice pacco!
Bad experience. At 3.43 pm they tell me by e-mail that at 3.41 pm the courier attempted the delivery. Unfortunately this is not true, because having purposely stayed at home, I can assert that nobody really passed. I call to ask for explanations and, after the long process, a really rude operator responds who does not want to listen ... and who in the end closes without helping me or giving me explanations. My compliments for the courier service and for the education of the telephone operator with whom I was lucky enough to speak. Tomorrow I will have to lose another day of work to receive a simple package!

Spedizione prevista il 13 Aprile, slittata al 14 Aprile, ora slittata al 15 Aprile, quando il 13 Aprile erano a pochi km dalla consegna ed ora il pacco è a una distanza 5 volte maggiore. Direi disorganizzazione, noncuranza e poco rispetto per chi si organizza di conseguenza ad aspettare il pacco. Consiglierò il fornitore di preferibilmente scegliere un altro spedizioniere.
It usually worked well.
