★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le ragazze dell'assistenza molto gentili e infatti su di loro non posso dire nulla. Sul servizio di consegna dire che è scarso è un complimento. Ordinato materiale per ufficio dando istruzioni al mittente su orari di apertura specificando che il pomeriggio siamo chiusi e di consegnare la mattina e dato che in mezzo c'erano le chiusure per festività ho segnalato il giorno di riapertura. Quando ho riaperto ho chiamato il centralino (11-01-2022) informando che l'ufficio aveva riaperto e ribadendo gli orari di apertura (già comunicati dal mittente) ad oggi 20/01/2022 il pacco non è arrivato e per fortuna che sono in zona di uffici dove i corrieri passano tutti i giorni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 2/03 doveva arrivarmi un pacco abbastanza urgente e infatti ho preso il pomeriggio libero per quello. Spedizione fra le 12:35 e le 14:45, il corriere passa alle 13:25 non suona il campanello ne lascia avviso di essere passato. Consegna riprogrammata domani… vedremo… Almeno una chiamata la possono fare la secondo me non è nemmeno passato mentendo spudoratamente. Infatti noto che è un problema comune. Cosa li pagate a fare se non sanno fare il loro lavoro?! La ragazza del centralino molto carina ma per parlare con un operatore bisogna fare una fatica assurda… Delusione totale
Today 2/03 a fairly urgent package was supposed to arrive and in fact I took the afternoon off for that. Shipping between 12:35 and 14:45, the courier passes at 13:25 does not ring the bell or leaves notice of being passed. Delivery rescheduled tomorrow ... we'll see ... At least one call can be made in my opinion it hasn't even passed by lying shamelessly. In fact, I notice it's a common problem. What do you pay them to do if they can't do their job ?! The switchboard girl is very nice but to talk to an operator you have to make an absurd effort… Total disappointment

Guy spent 20 min looking for my package (its a small place...) @d then asked me, I can't find t what is it. computer, aaah ok and proceed to bash my pc box onto the desk.Please if you are a company don't use BRT as a delivery service...
