★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Postaccio, caotico e poco sicuro, mulettisti che sembrano che corrano a Monza, bancali messi in mezzo ai piedi e protocolli di sicurezza totalmente assenti (già molto se hanno le scarpe antinfortunistiche).
In compenso personale gentile.
Consiglio una visita dall'ispettorato del lavoro
 Bad, chaotic and unsafe, forklift drivers who seem to run in Monza, pallets placed in the middle of their feet and safety protocols totally absent (already a lot if they have safety shoes).
On the other hand, kind staff.
I recommend a visit to the labor inspectorate

Danno fasce troppo lunghe per consegnare e una persona deve perdere mezza giornata di lavoro aspettando la consegna
Twice they made an appointment and then they didn't pass.
They give too long to deliver, and a person has to waste half a day of work waiting for delivery

Left outside the gate a package that was not intended for me .. bad service, and bad customer support .. the phone does not hang up it solves the problem ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima organizzazione per quanto riguarda il carico e lo scarico merci con Tempi di attesa nella media. Purtroppo non permettono l'uso di docce per autisti esterni e visitatori.
Excellent organization regarding the loading and unloading of goods with average waiting times. Unfortunately they do not allow the use of showers for external drivers and visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono ALLIBITA!!! Aspetto la mia spedizione da quasi una settimana! Mi arriva un messaggio dicendo che il pacco era in consegna in giornata ma il corriere non si vede. Il giorno dopo (Sabato) vengo contattata telefonicamente da un corriere a cui chiedo di lasciare il pacco alla mia vicina e lui rifiutandosi mi dice di andarlo a ritirare la sera a casa sua,visto che abitiamo vicini! Ma scherziamo?? Ad oggi devo ancora ricevere il mio pacco e non ho idea di dove possa essere finito! In questi giorni c’è sempre qualcuno a casa 24 ore su 24 e non si è mai visto un corriere! Ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti ma nessuno risponde!! Siete penosi!
I am ALLIBITA !!! I have been waiting for my shipment for almost a week! I get a message saying that the package was delivered the same day but the courier is not visible. The next day (Saturday) I am contacted by telephone by a courier who I ask to leave the package with my neighbor and he refuses and tells me to go and collect it in the evening at his house, since we live nearby! Are we kidding? As of today I have yet to receive my package and I have no idea where it may have ended up! These days there is always someone at home 24 hours a day and you have never seen a courier! I tried to contact customer service but no one answers !! You are painful!
