Dopo averle acquistate, pagandole più di quanto concordato in pre-ordine, mi sono raccomandato che fossero "assolutamente" adatte per la medesima, considerando e facendo più volte presente il fatto che da Roma, per una eventuale restituzione, ci sono oltre 250km di strada. Sono stato più volte e completamente rassicurato. Inutile dire che le barre non sono andate bene perchè prive del kit di montaggio. Il venditore non lo sapeva? Incompetenza? Inadeguatezza al suo ruolo? Chissà... Ogni raccomandazione, dunque è stata vana. Al mio ritorno mi è stata restituita una somma inferiore a quanto pagato (al momento non avevo lo scontrino, che poi ho rinvenuto e custodisco gelosamente). L'antipatia, l'arroganza sottile, e l'approssimazione del venditore sono state francamente imbarazzanti. Sull'onestà non mi pronuncio perchè, l'esiguità della somma "non restituita" non mi consente di farne oggetto di valutazione in sede di giudizio. Personalmente avrei restituito la somma dichiarata dal cliente (5 euro in più per "metterci una pezza" sono norme basilari di serietà commerciale) Questo autoricambi, comunque, durante la mia permanenza nel negozio, aveva già mostrato molta disattenzione con altri clienti a cui venivano dati e sostituiti pezzi senza le opportune verifiche, senza attenzione, senza gentilezza (nonostante la denominazione dell'esercizio). La mia personale esperienza mi porta a diffidare di questi comportamenti, sconsiglio a chiunque ed una stella è anche troppo. Coming from Rome, I ordered the roof bars for my car. After buying them, paying more than what was agreed in pre-order, I was advised that they were "absolutely" suitable for the same, considering and making the fact more present times from Rome, concerning return, there are over 250km of road . I have been several times, and completely reassured. Needless to say that the bars did not go well because of the free mounting kit. The seller did not know? Incompetence? Inadequacy its role? Who knows ... Each recommendation, therefore, was in vain. On my return I was back less than it is paying (at the time I did not have a receipt, which I later found and jealously guards). The antipathy, the subtle arrogance, and the approximation of the seller were frankly embarrassing. Honesty because I do not pronounce, the smallness of the amount "not returned" does not allow me to make them the subject of assessment in court. Personally I would have returned the sum declared by the customer (5 euro more for "to patch" are basic rules of commercial seriousness) This auto parts, however, during my time in the shop, had already shown a lot of carelessness with other customers whose data were and replaced parts without the appropriate checks, no attention, no kindness (despite the year designation). My own experience leads me to be wary of these behaviors, do not recommend to anyone and is a star too.

Da loro ho acquistato un ricambio per la mia auto su ebay, molto economico ma di qualità davvero pessima, infatti non è durato tanto. La cosa gravissima è che pur essendo ancora abbondantemente entro i termini di garanzia legale di due anni, questi venditori inqualificabili si sono rifiutati di intervenire. Né hanno rivoluto indietro il ricambio. Contano solo sul fatto che per un valore di pochi euro non vale la pena di perdere tempo con azioni legali, ma è un atteggiamento _disonesto!_ Ho inviato foto di estremo dettaglio per dimostrare il difetto ma niente da fare. Per 15 euro si sono arricchiti, ma non vedono più i miei soldi. I bought a rear windshield wiper for a 2004 panda. I had a piece trimmed ? much longer than 10cm. So the wiper is incompatible, in the shop they didn't want to change it, because it was already mounted (in my ignorance), finding a thousand excuses and that the piece I bought was not original.
