Arrivati a casa ci siamo accorti che aveva la corteccia nella parte bassa più scura come fosse bagnata ma non ci abbiamo dato peso. Non gli abbiamo mai dato acqua e neanche rinvasato. Questa mattina ci accorgiamo che il tronco è mollo come fosse marcio e la corteccia si rompe. all'interno è pieno d'acqua, quindi supponiamo che fosse stato irrigato eccessivamente dal vivaio. Chiamo per porre il problema e trovare una soluzione in buona fede e il personale che mi risponde non sa cosa dirmi e se ne lava le mani. Mi dice che bisognerebbe parlare con il direttore ma non sa perchè è passato un mese. Capisco benissimo che non potete credermi ma tra trovare un accordo e perdere un cliente decidete voi quale è il male migliore. We were there on December 4th and bought a ficus bonsai for € 35.00. When we got home we realized that it had the darkest bark in the lower part as if it were wet but we did not give it weight. We never gave it water or even repotted. This morning we realize that the trunk is soft as if it were rotten and the bark breaks. inside it is full of water, so we assume it had been over-watered by the nursery. I call to ask the problem and find a solution in good faith and the staff who answer me do not know what to tell me and wash their hands. He tells me that we should speak to the manager but he doesn't know why a month has passed. I understand perfectly well that you can't believe me but between finding an agreement and losing a customer, you decide which is the best evil.

Mi piace molto venire qui sotto il periodo natalizio perché creano una saletta solo per addobbi di natale,oggettistica per ghirlande, nastri, abeti e molto altro. Bronte is a fantastic plant and gardening shop, here you can find everything and more. The employees are always helpful and kind. I really like coming here under the Christmas period because they create a room only for Christmas decorations, objects for wreaths, ribbons, fir trees and much more.

Sono resistenti alle malattie..."io non ho mai trattato con nessun prodotto le piantine e non hanno mai avuto problemi". Consigliati i pomodori :"Datterone" e "Datterino Giallo" I have been buying seedlings from Bronte for years now .... They are plants from organic seeds. I've always had big and good tasting harvests. They are resistant to diseases ... "I have never treated seedlings with any product and they have never had any problems". Tomatoes recommended: "Datterone" and "Datterino Giallo"

Molti dei commessi sono molto gentili e preparati, altri un po’ meno ad esempio una di quelle che si occupava delle rose per San Valentino, (premetto che vado spesso). Si può trovare di tutto, anche alcune piante che vanno un po’ di “moda”, per esempio ora anche le piante dell’aria. Mi è capitata anche qualche pianta malata, può capitare. Il mio voto è comunque alto, la stella che manca è di incoraggiamento!
