Secondo me il tutto denota scarsa serietà. Peccato..... Disappointed, I tried to contact the store several times without success. Ad oggi non le abbiamo ancora ricevute e non rispondono al telefono e alle email. Poco seri. On 6 May I ordered and paid for plants at the Cassano Magnago store. To date we have not yet received them and they are not answering the phone and email. Not very serious.
M	Marco Griggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo venditore online: pagamento effettuato in data 4 novembre, dopo due settimane ho iniziato a telefonare, mandare mails e addirittura scrivere sulla pagina FB con NESSUN RISULTATO (almeno rispondere UNA volta al telefono). Ho aperto una contestazione con paypal grazie alla quale mi hanno rimborsato scrivendomi (attenzione) che con la spedizione "normale" (senza corriere) ci sarebbero voluti fino a due mesi per la spedizione!!! (io abito a 59 km. dal venditore)... SCANDALOSI!!!!!!! (per controbattere alla risposta del venditore) 60 giorni per una spedizione è ridicolo... e soprattutto NON E' POSSIBILE CONTATTARVI IN NESSUN MODO! Questo non è un buon modo di vendere tramite il canale internet. Bad online seller: payment made on November 4th, after two weeks I started calling, sending emails and even writing on the FB page with NO RESULT (at least answering ONCE once on the phone). I opened a dispute with paypal thanks to which they refunded me by writing (attention) that with "normal" shipping (without courier) it would take up to two months for shipping !!! (I live 59 km. from the seller) ... SCANDALOSI !!!!!!! (to reply to the seller's reply) 60 days for a shipment is ridiculous ... and above all IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CONTACT YOU IN ANY WAY! This is not a good way of selling through the internet channel.
D	Den 06 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho letto commenti negativi rilasciati da altri utenti, ma per quanto mi riguarda, per le mie tre esperienze di acquisto, non ho riscontrato particolari problemi: le piantine che ho ordinato tramite il sito Piante Insolite mi sono state recapitate in tempi più che ragionevoli, alcune in ottimo stato altre in condizioni buone, ben imballate; posso solo segnalare difficoltà nella comunicazione via whatsapp e facebook. In ogni caso, da quello che posso giudicare in base alla mia limitata esperienza con questo venditore, mi sento di consigliare il loro sito e di conseguenza rilascio un buon feedback. Saluti. I read negative comments from other users, but as far as I'm concerned, for my three shopping experiences, I didn't encounter any particular problems: the maps I ordered through the Piante Insolite website were delivered to me more than reasonably, some in excellent condition other in good condition, well packed; I can only report difficulties in communication via whatsapp and facebook. Successivamente sono riuscito a contattare il venditore. Bisogna telefonare molte volte ... Prima o poi rispindono e sono anche gentili. On 11 January I placed an order by telephone. they sent me an estimate email. the same day I made payment by bank transfer. Since then I have not been able to contact them.
