I got to know this Institute last year in order to take the LanguageCert exam. All the people I have connected with have always proved efficient and at my disposal. The teacher who followed me in the preparation was very good at helping me, teaching me and making me understand where I could improve. I had the opportunity to take the exam using his advice and to pass it. During this period, I contacted the Institute, fresh from the positive experience of last year, to follow individual lessons. As always, I have noted high availability and punctuality; I was followed by another teacher, also very well prepared, who among other things managed to make me progress in my knowledge of the English language. I am satisfied with the result obtained.

very bad, rude secretarial staff. 10 days to get information, I was never called back on the phone. After 10 days of phone calls they tell me that I should have written an email. I ask for the pec, to make a complaint to the Director, it is not given to me and when I inform that I would have found it anyway, the answer was "good research"

This place is not what it pretends to be. I worked there for four months and got paid for two, and when I tried to chase it up they made up a bunch of utter nonsense about my teaching to try to justify their dishonesty and refused to discuss it any further. Apparently I'm by no means the first to be treated in such a way - see below. If you're a teacher, steer well clear, and if you're a student, ci sono alternative.

This is one of the best English Schools in Rome. It prepares you in english language in all areas: Reading, Writing, Listening and speaking. Moreover even International exams. I would highly recommend everyone.

As another former teacher - it's not a good place to work, thanks to very bad management. Teachers are treated like nuisances. Resources are scarce - often no textbooks available for teachers, and printing is strictly limited. Students may have a great experiences but this is a reflection of the individual teachers, not the 'school', which is really more like a (badly run) agency.

This place has some very dedicated and hardworking teachers who struggle to do the best they can with minimal resources and very little support, especially with regard to external courses. Anyone considering working or studying there needs to take into consideration that it is by no means an honest institution, as I have found out to my personal cost. There are better-run and more trustworthy places to learn and teach English in.
