I visited this lounge on a return trip from Rome to Heathrow in November 2021. The décor is comfortable and modern, and the elegant bar serves as a nice centrepiece as you enter. The staff are friendly. I had a glass of prosecco which was both tasty and served in a generous portion. Unfortunately, the food was really quite poor. They served pizza which appeared to have been microwaved - it wasn't crispy at all but completely floppy. To serve this in Rome of all places is pretty insulting - what an awful impression to give Italian travellers to the UK. The sandwiches had a tiny amount of filling and was made with anaemic, bland white bread. Bread rolls served with a couscous salad were stale in the centre - I could barely cut through them, let alone eat them. They seemed to have been microwaved as well, with the outer part of the roll warm and soggy. I'm familiar with BA's in-flight food. It is many times better than what was served in this lounge. This makes no sense.

The lounge layout is very nice and open. The seating area for eating is similar to cafe style. There are power outlets for devices near all larger chairs . The coffee machine and refrigerated drinks are nice and typical of such a lounge. However, the food selection is rather poor- very limited and rather sparse. In addition, there are no exclusive bathrooms here - you must exit the lounge and use airport ones nearby.

one of the staff spilt a large glass of red wine down me head to toe, barely apologised or gave me anything to clean it up, and none if the rest if the staff were bothered when i tried to complain. worst BA lounge experience ever

It was the first time I'd visited the Lounge. The selection of food was incredible sith a vast array of options for all tastes. Drinks were freely available and offered through a 'help yourself' set up which was amazing but dangerous as its very easy to get carried away ?. The seating area was vast and comfortable. The only negative was that a few pieces of furniture had become very worn and should have been removed or fixed in line with the standards of the lounge. I will definitely be visiting again in future. It made our trip very easy and stress free.

Calm pleasant place located above E1-E4 gates. Plenty of seats available. Good selection of drinks - central bar atea with stools available. 3 fridges and coffee machine areas. Bar - with service until c.5pm making selection of cocktails and other mixed drinks, afterwards self-service with quite good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Newspapers available, separate little business area, all areas have views of runway. Pleasant staff, cleaning very promptly. Very calm and quiet atmosphere during our visit, comfy seating with plenty of charging areas. Negatives: good selection of pastries and some fruit. Not much other food - some little bun sandwitches, corn, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese. Olives and crisps available at bar but not after it closes. At dinner time just meat lasagna. Nothing else. No toilets inside. One has to leave the BA lounge - but they are close by.

Friendly staff, decent drinks and a nice comfortable, calm atmosphere. But undoubtedly the worst pizza in all Rome. Microwaved for gawds sake.

Quite possibly the worst BA Lounge! No toilets, poor quality food, little or no choice of hot food unless you like cheap microwaved pizza or pasta. Pizza slice was on cheap white bread. Poor choice of seating as every other seat is blocked off doe to covid? Funny that the restaurants in the main terminal don't have this restriction. All in all a poorly managed and.uncomfortable experience!

The service is very quick and friendly; the seats are decently comfortable and the area is clean. The drinks are fine too. But the food is subpar, and there is no washroom access from within the lounge. If you want to grab a bite to eat, I recommend getting it from any of the proper restaurants outside.
