Bright Apartments Sirmione - Sorgente Pool

Siamo stati un weekend al lago di Garda soggiornando in questo bel posto comodo anche come posizione. Appartamento pulito con tutto il necessario in cucina e nei bagni. Consigliamo questo posto.

Wir hatten eine Unterkunft in Sirmione, die leider nicht ganz der Beschreibung und auch nicht den Bewertungen auf Airbnb entsprach. Die Klimaanlage ist uralt und rappelt mehr, als das sie kühlt. Der Herd hat nicht funktioniert. Die Wohnung war dreckig und die Parksituation ist eine Katastrophe (18€/Tag). Einzig gut ist die Lage, wobei man sich Sirmione auch sparen kann.. völlig überlaufen. Viel zu viele Touristen.

Die Ferienwohnung und der Pool waren sehr sauber und in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit abschließbarem Tor und Tiefgarage für das Auto. Die Wohnung (Nr. 12) war klimatisiert und die Küche gut ausgestattet (Espressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Herd und Backofen - jedoch keine Mikrowelle). TV, Bügelbrett und Waschmaschine waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir hatten vor der Tür eine kleine Terrasse inkl. Tisch und Stühlen um draußen zu Essen. Die Schlüsselübergabe zum Check-In erfolgte wenige hundert Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Man konnte die Schlüssel 24/7 in einer Schlüsselbox abholen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert über WhatApp. Es gab sogar eine Videoanleitung zum Auffinden der Wohnung und dem Parkplatz. Man wurde von An- bis Abreise gut begleitet. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und empfehlenswert.

Eine Frechheit. Auf der Airbnb Seite sieht das Apartment modern und gepflegt aus. Die Realität ist aber: sehr altes Apartment, Farbe blättert an den Wänden ab, ekeliges und zum Teil schimmeliges Badezimmer. Ich würde hier nie wieder buchen und fühle mich über den Tisch gezogen.

Booked an apartment through Airbnb and was moved to an inferior apartment on day of arrival and effectively given a “take it or leave it” response. Promised a nights refund as compensation (in writing) but it was never paid and they have stopped replying to messages. Avoid this company if you value professionalism.

We booked three nights at the Bright Aparment Virgilio Pool but we left the apartment after the first night, this is the reason: The apartment was absolutely not what we expected based on the booking.com advertisement. We picked up the keys to the apartement at a place aprox. 800m away. We arrived at about 11:00 PM, not knowing what awaited us inside. First of all the we didn't get any information where to park our car, even though the advertisement said "private parking". The front door of the apartment was difficult to open because it's grinding on the floor. Apart from that there were big cobwebs on both sides of the front door on the inside of the apartment. Furthermore the whole kitchen unit was dirty and shiny /greasy and very sparsely equipped. All pans and pots were dirty and not inappropriate for cooking because of the highly scratches of the coating. I have never seen such a bad condition at any accomodation I stayed before. The bathroom was definitely not cleaned since the last guest left, there were hairs on the floor and the toilet was not clean, as well as the washing machine. Last but not least the Wi-Fi information was incorrect. I directly wrote a message via booking AND WhatsApp to the Bright Apartment contact, that we will only stay one night instead of the three we booked due to the above mentioned points. After a short chat on the next morning about a potential refund, the contact told me that he would refund the remaining two days but never wrote a single message after we left. Back home I tried to contact the Bright Apartments Team again via email but did not get any reply to this day and thus no refund. I don't understand a dishonest behaviour like that and I would like to give an advance warning to all of you looking for a comfortable stay in Sirmione. For us it was a highly disappointing experience.

Thankfully there are many other options for accommodation in the beautiful Lake Garda area. Strongly suggest avoiding dealing with Bright Apartments. Note this company own over 40 apartments, but beware, clearly they've taken their eye off providing any sort of service to their customers. Musty smelling apartments, prone to power outages, exaggerated description of facilities. We experienced two of their apartments having been moved from one after a power cut. Very dissapointing experience.
