Dopo 5gg mi arriva un mail dicendo che l'ordine era annullato perché la merce non era disponibile e non sapevano quando lo sarebbe stata. Ovviamente ancora non ho avuto alcun rimborso (€ 200,00). Professionalità e serietà zero. Per me possono anche chiudere.
I made a purchase online with the word "merchandise available", therefore also paid by credit card. After 5 days I get an email saying that the order was canceled because the goods were not available and they didn't know when it would be. Obviously I still had no refund (€ 200.00). Professionalism and zero seriousness. For me they can also close.

Trascorse due settimane senza avere notizie ho contattato il servizio clienti, risposta: il prodotto non è disponibile, dovevo attendere. Ancora due settimane e niente, ricontatto nuovamente il servizio clienti, l'operatrice del call center mi informa che segnalerà la mia richiesta all' ufficio competente...non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione. Provo a mandare una mail di disappunto, il risultato ordine annullato e rimborso...solamente che dopo 5 giorni ancora nessun rimborso.
Questa è stata la mia esperienza con Brico io...al quanto PESSIMA... chissà se riceverò il rimborso.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this seller to all, I made the order of two products, on the site it gave me availability. After two weeks without having news I contacted customer service, answer: the product is not available, I had to wait. Two more weeks and nothing, I contact the customer service again, the call center operator informs me that she will report my request to the competent office ... I have not received any communication. I try to send a disappointment email, the result of the order canceled and refund ... only after 5 days still no refund.
This has been my experience with Brico io ... how bad ... who knows if I will receive a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell international power adapters but they refuse refunds if bought with an international card.
However despite the inconvenience, they were kind and patient enough to try to talk to me in English when I attempted a refund and encouraged me to make up the difference with exchanges. Even with a 1.30€ difference in goods they seem to want to ensure I maximize my exchange.
This gesture was appreciated.
