Il problema si è presentato a casa, i lampadari non erano adattabili su rosone centrale quindi sono decentrati rispetto alla stanza. Inoltre ho pagato una somma in più per far realizzare dei lampadari a stelo rigido per evitare il loro oscillamento ma in realtà assolutamente irrevelante poi ché oscillano. Ho chiamato più volte chiedendo di passare per verificare il problema e cercare una soluzione ma non è mai venuto nessuno.
Risultato dopo due anni ancora nessuno si è presentato a casa per aiutarmi nel risolvere un problema che mi avevano assicurato che non avrei avuto e or il quale (giustamente) avevo pagato una somma aggiuntiva.
Considerando che ho fatto fare lampadari per ben 5 stanze quindi non un ordine da due lire

In addition, I paid an extra sum to make rigid-stemmed chandeliers to avoid their oscillation, but in reality absolutely irreveling, since they oscillate. I called several times asking to go to check the problem and find a solution but no one ever came.
Result after two years still no one showed up at home to help me solve a problem that they had assured me that I would not have had and that I had (rightly) paid an additional sum.
Considering that I made chandeliers for 5 rooms so not a two lira order
