Ero un po' prevenuta perchè in altro negozio ero stata presa in giro dal venditore sulla composizione del materasso e nel giro di un anno ho dovuto cambiarlo . I proprietari mi hanno accolta cordialmente e rassicurata effettuando contatti con la ditta produttrice e risolvendo con estrema sincerità e professionalità i miei dubbi e i miei problemi. Negozio davvero a 5 stelle!!! Finalmente dormo bene e senza mal di schiena su un materasso NATURALE!!! I have found kind and professional people with a single interest in satisfying customer needs.
