A	Andrea Kappa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio una recensione al fine di migliorare il servizio perché questo gommista ha un buon potenziale però il mio servizio è stato pessimo. È la seconda volta che ci vado il signor Bresciani è stato veramente gentile ma il personale è veramente indisponente. Ad attenderci c'è un ragazzo che ti guarda a malapena e stizzito dal nostro arrivo ci chiede subito con arroganza se avessimo preso un appuntamento, quasi come per cercare una scusa per mandarci via, purtroppo per sua sfortuna avevo chiamato il giorno prima e preso appuntamento. Comunque lasciamo l'auto di mia moglie per il cambio gomme e andiamo a fare delle commissioni. Al rientro vedo sempre il ragazzo in questione trattare male anche il proprietario, comunque l auto era pronta e ci apprestiamo a ritirarla, chiedo con gentilezza se era possibile cambiare anche le gomme della mia auto (già su cerchio dedicato e sempre avvisato il giorno prima al telefono) e seccato mi risponde che erano troppo impegnati e non potevano. Il proprietario poco dopo si avvicina per mediare la situazione e di nuovo il ragazzo gli risponde malamente. Non lascio mai recensioni perché non è mia abitudine commentare il lavoro altrui ma ieri mi sono sentito in difetto per questa situazione come se non fossi gradito e la cosa mi ha fatto veramente sentire male. Anche l'anno scorso avevo provato a prendere un appuntamento ma ancora personalmente mi avevano trattato male ed è per questo motivo che credo sia una cosa abituale. È inutile pubblicizzare la propria attività con mega cartelli e poi trattare in questo modo un cliente che può diventare un cliente fidelizzato. Per mio conto non ci metterò più piede anche se è a due passi da casa mia. I do a review in order to improve the service because this tire dealer has good potential but my service has been very bad. On the way back I always see the boy in question also treat the owner badly, however the car was ready and we are preparing to pick it up, I ask with kindness if it was possible to change also the tires of my car (already on dedicated circle and always warned the day before at phone) and annoyed he replies that they were too busy and could not. The owner soon approaches to mediate the situation and again the boy answers him badly. I never leave reviews because it is not my habit to comment on the work of others but yesterday I felt at fault for this situation as if I was unwelcome and it really made me feel bad. Also last year I tried to make an appointment but they still treated me badly and it is for this reason that I believe it is a habitual thing. It is useless to advertise your business with mega cartels and then treat a customer who can become a loyal customer. On my behalf I will never set foot even though it is a stone's throw from my house.
