Nach zwei Mails und 4 Telefonaten konnte ich, im Grunde eine der einfachsten Sachen der Welt (Bestellung von 5 Telefonen für eine Telefonanlage mit abgeschlossenem Wartungsvertrag) bewerkstelligen. Leider sind die Telefone von Bozen bis in Pustertal mehrere Tage unterwegs. Service ist bei Brennercom keine Tugend, leider. Die 5 Sterne Bewertungen werden sich sicherlich die Mitarbeiter gegeben haben. Im 21. Jahrhundert und im Digitalzeitalter eine Unmöglichkeit.
After two emails and 4 phone calls, I was basically able to do one of the simplest things in the world (ordering 5 phones for a telephone system with a maintenance contract). Unfortunately, the telephones from Bolzano to Val Pusteria are on the road for several days. Service is not a virtue at Brennercom, unfortunately. The 5 star ratings will certainly have been given by the employees. An impossibility in the 21st century and in the digital age.

Dieser Laden verdient sich nicht mal einen Stern! nach mehrmahligen Anrufen über die Hotline mehrere Stunden verloren, dann antwortet ein völlig ahnungslosser Typ der in keiner Weise weiterhelfen kann! Dann nach merhmaligen Terminabsprachen und Einsatzvereinbarungen, allesamt vergessen, nicht wahrgenommen bzw. Stunden später telefonisch kontaktiert worden.... einfach nur inkompetent vor allem in der Kommunikation das eigentlich das Fachgebiet von Brennercom sein sollte!!! Einfach unproffessionell bis zum Geht nicht mehr!!

ein Stern ist noch zu viel! Telefonischer Kundendienst eine absolute Katastrophe, uns wurde nach 4 Tagen ein Techniker geschickt der einfach das Modem aus und ein schaltete und wieder ging! schrieb sich 150km Fahrstrecke auf obwohl es nur 90 sind und einen Tag später gab es schon wieder Schwierigkeiten mit dem Modem!

Telephone customer service was an absolute disaster, a technician was sent to us after 4 days who simply switched the modem off and on and left again! wrote down 150km of driving distance although there are only 90 and one day later there were problems with the modem again!

Ho inviato il nuovo contratto fibra il 28.9.21 (sono già cliente!) ma però a oggi non mi è ancora arrivato il router e e di conseguenza neanche il tecnico a installare la linea fino dentro a casa. Dopo 4 settimane ho più volte telefonato all'assistenza commerciale per avere notizie e chiarimenti ma le varie operatrici telefoniche (molto gentili!) mi hanno sempre detto la stessa storia e che ciò che questo ritardo è causato dall'assenza di router da parte di brennercom per dei ritardi nella consegna da parte della Cina che gli produce. Sono ormai passate quasi 6 settimane, quanto devo aspettare? Assurdo! E poi perché al primo operatore telefonico a cui mi ero rivolto per avere informazioni prima che mi inviasse i moduli del nuovo contratto da firmare e rinviare, non mi ha avvertito di questa situazione? Avrei potuto accettare o meno questo lungo ritardo oppure optare per altre alternative. In questa maniera la cosa mi è stata imposta senza la mia volontà ed ora sono di fronte a un grosso disguido senza avere la certezza di quando tutto si risolverà al più presto ! Poco serio da parte di una ditta come Brennercom di cui sono cliente ormai da tanti anni, sto' valutando di recedere tutti i contratti stipulati per rivolgermi ad altro operatore!

Not very serious on the part of a company like Brennercom of which I have been a customer for many years now, I am evaluating to withdraw all the contracts stipulated to turn to another operator!
