★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buon giorno sono Fiorenza e faccio i miei acquisti presso Famila di Isola della Scala. La struttura è bella e accogliente, ci sono alcuni punti da migliorare: il banco degli affettati e formaggi è servito da alcune persone poco attente alle esigenze dei clienti (esempio il taglio degli affettati o la quantità richiesta), c'è comunque una cosa che da parecchio fastidio a molte persone: quello che dovrebbe essere un sottofondo musicale è un bombardamento di suoni stressanti e poco salutari sia ai clienti che ai dipendenti. In questo periodo natalizio suggerirei una musica tipica del Natale e non da discoteca forsennata!!! Serve poco per essere migliori!!! Grazie dell'attenzione, buona giornata
 good morning have Fiorenza and I make my purchases at Famila of Isola della Scala. The structure is beautiful and welcoming, there are some points to improve: the sliced meat and cheese counter is served by some people who are not very attentive to the needs of the customers (for example, the cutting of the meats or the quantity required), there is however one thing that from a lot of annoyance to many people: what should be a musical background is a bombardment of stressful and unhealthy sounds to both customers and employees. In this Christmas season I would suggest a typical Christmas music and not from frantic disco !!! It takes little to be better !!! Thanks for your attention, have a nice day
