Il tecnico ha completamente sbagliato l'analisi sull'errore che riportava la caldaia.
Il servizio clienti successivamente mi ha trattato a pesci in faccia e non ha mantenuto le promesse fatte inventandosi scuse assurde.
Mai più. Ci sono tanti altri fornitori in giro.

Il tecnico Matteo ha risolto in mezz’ora il problema .
La raccomando soprattutto perché su 5/6 imprese contattate sono stati gli unici a cercare di venirci incontro tempestivamente .
Serious and competent company.
We called for a newly built baxi boiler failure. They set up assistance in less than 24 hours and helped the installer with precise information by phone.
Technician Matteo solved the problem in half an hour.
I especially recommend it because out of 5/6 companies contacted they were the only ones trying to meet us promptly.
